I've not been there before but I promise I won't be going back…read more First of all, after cutting to the length I wanted he decided to cut them a few more times so they were way too short. Second, I picked out my color and wanted French tips. I'm guessing the nail tech was fairly new because he was not able to do a French tip that looked nice possibly because the nail was way too short. I went there for a pedi before vacation. I didn't even want my nails done but ended up getting them done cause I found such a cute glitter color that would have been so cute for tips. I paid $120 and am on my way to Walmart to get acetone to soak them off because I HATE THEM. Not to mention they are uneven, bumpy, and every single tip is pointed a different direction. After almost 2 hrs of sitting there I said fck it paint them solid. I just wanted to be done. The best part of the business is the super hot guy at the desk Look at the pic .. smfh

As a black woman who gets her nails done regularly I have never been treated this way in a salon before. I went in for a fill, the new product peeled off hours later. The tech didn't even cover the whole nail in polish. I went back in twice to get it fixed and each time I left worse than when I went it. I was told by a friend that this place was amazing and her nails do look good, I will give them that, but why did mine and it seems to every other woman of color, that I have talked to, received horrible service, horrible nails​, and swear never to go back. I am truley disgusting and appuled. Don't waste your time or money like I did only to be gaslighted, dismissed, and out $80.

It didn't even look like there was any glue left on my nail. A little less then a week goes by and I was putting my pants on and another just snapped in half. I don't bite my nails or anything either. I also had to tell my nail tech to reshape my nails, and they didn't turn out much better. I payed $81 for a full set and a flower on each of my ring fingers. I 100% would not recommend going here. It's very disappointing that I have to spend an outrageous amount of money for 2 nails to pop off in less than a week. I will not be going back.

The tech didn't even introduce himself. He found out I was from California and berated California the entire time and kept making snide comments. I asked several times about having the pedicure done at the same time and I was told that they couldn't do that because "we're not like California people come here to relax"- although I saw many staff and we're sitting around doing nothing. when I was done, I asked for a receipt that was itemized and they refused to give it to me. They upcharged my nine year-old niece and cut her cuticles so badly that she was bleeding in two places Upon check out at the desk, I insisted on a receipt which created dialogue with a man who wouldn't even look at me. He had tattoos and he was very short with me. He behaved like he didn't wanna be there when I kept persisting with the conversation. A customer started cursing me out telling me to get the F out and calling me several names. The staff did nothing to stop the situation. Tech left paint on my hands on my fingers and when I asked him to remove it he got the clippers out and started clipping my skin with the paint attached to it. Is this the way it's done in this part of the country? Terrible. Just so uncivilized and gross.
