I recently had the pleasure of having Neno at Lux Pool come out and troubleshoot our pool automation equipment. The company that installed it last year did a real poor job on the electrical connections and this resulted in the pool pump and heater having problems working. We had other pool techs come out to look at the problems and they could not figure out what was going on. We finally found Neno. He took the time to meticulously go through the electrical and identified the problems. He got our variable speed pump working again as well as our heater. Everything can now be controlled from our phone and installed correctly. On top of that he repaired the heater gas line, check valve and replaced sensors. In the past, I've had other pool companies either skip a week here and there or show up unexpectedly on a different day of the week. So, I really appreciate his honesty and dependability. Neno also offers more than pool cleaning. I've had a few issues involving replacements and repairs which he clearly explained, priced fairly, and problem-solved in a timely manner.
