We keep trying this place because of it location, three visits for my daughter and I and after each one wish we had gone to our usual less convenient place. Inexperienced staff would be my first guess, the brow shape is never very clean. They only schedule a 15 minute turn slot for two site services like a brow and lip even though online booking says it is a 15-30 min appointment for cost of $40. Tightly booked appointments means there is zero flexibility to ask too many questions or they will tell you they then don't have time to do both services. The second time I went I called same day to ask if they had any earlier openings I could move into. I was shocked to be told they did but there is a few move your time slot. This makes no sense if they have an opening and can take your earlier...I was told it was policy. The least welcome and professional salon we have visited. On the plus side- it is clean. read more
