The first day both buses were late by 1 hour because the dispatcher didn't bother to read the email I had sent on Tuesday preceding the weekend. She literally said this, "I didn't read you email sent on Tuesday." Then we had to review the schedule several times so people understood when and where they had to be. Then on Sunday, we had a happy-go-lucky driver, who was competent but very aggressive bus driver. He ran over a few things on the road with passengers in the car - like lime scooters and median divides. Then the other driver when they arrived to the hotel had no idea who they worked for or why they were summoned to the hotel. That was interesting to witness to say the least. How do you not know who you work for and why you're at a location to bus people around? So with that, Haas has no interest in using their services next year. I reached out to the bus company we used in 2018 and already have a quote to reserve services for next year. This whole situation is definitely not a reflection on you but on the level of actual service this company could perform up to. I also had trouble reaching them by phone, they never return phone calls unless I left 2-3 messages and same with emails, it took 2-3 times to get a reply.
