Attention Brokers and Consumers Fraud alert. We dispatched a vehicle to Lux Transfer LLC. After…read morethe vehicle was delivered we received an invoice from Lux Transfer LLC via email from luxtransferllc.com for the shipment. This is the same email they sent the BOL from proving delivery. The invoice contained Lux's ACH banking information so we paid the ACH from our Chase account. Right after we paid, Anton from Lux Transfer LLC told us he had been hacked and the ACH was not sent to his account. He asked us to call Chase and open a fraud investigation. We did just that and 10 days later Chase told us there was no fraud and that the money went to Lux Transfer LLC's real account. Anton has committed wire fraud himself by trying to collect twice for the same shipment and has left libelous reviews about our company online. We have reported Anton's fraud attempt to law enforcement here in Las Vegas and the FBI for interstate wire fraud and extortion . Brokers do NOT dispatch to this carrier or they may do the same to you. If you are a consumer, do not let Lux Transfer LLC pickup your vehicle.

When I asked why the driver told me it was 1:50 and he was on the way to me when they dispatched him again, and it wound up being a 30 minute trip. Furthermore this is unacceptable. I spend money in this establishment and tip every single driver. I even recommended this place to multiple people. I could easily use Uber which would be to me in 5 minutes. They offer you candy, water. Etc, but since I support a small business I get shitted on. Today is the last day I ride with speed, until they either organize , or at least put their regulars first.

The deposit was the monthly cost. However, the school started with no communication and of course, no car. There is no customer service phone and when I emailed inquiring why there was no car at I got an angry response: " if operations didn't send the driver information that meant they were not ready. We work with over 8,000 students across the country. Just because they had a delay and miscommunication doesn't mean you have to put our company down" By far the worst experience with any service company. Needless to say: still no car.
