The champagne was really good, cold and crisp, exactly what I needed after a long day of work. One morning, I was pressed for time and wanted something for breakfast so I go the salmon bagel and a cup of coffee (which was also free because I was staying in the hotel). The bagel itself was good but VERY salty, it came on a everything bagel with boursin cream cheese, spinach and capers. I usually ask for a plain bagel whenever I get a bagel with smoked salmon but wanted to try something different. I have a feeling that this would have made a difference. I ended up deconstructing and only eating the salmon, cream cheese, spinach and capers on one half of the bagel, this made it a tad bit less saltier. The coffee was also good considering I got to make it myself so no complaints there. Do note, that if you stay at the Watermark you do get a lot of perks at the Milford (free glass of champagne and free coffee any time throughout the day).

The coffee was warm, not hot. The coffee was also not bold and I wouldn't have known they used beans from Reve Coffee Roasters. The coffee wasn't close to the coffee you can get at Reve Coffee Lab at Willow Grove. I am not sure if Le Reve uses a different roast or if it was the preparation. My Wife got a croissant, that she requested to be toasted/heated. When it arrived it had not been heated at all. Although, the flavor was good. I got a blueberry biscuit, which is not the same thing as their breakfast biscuits. This was more of a coffee cake style pastry. It was very good and I will definitely be back for it. We will give this place a second chance. I get it was opening weekend and some kinks may need to be worked out. However, next time if the coffee isn't hot, doesn't taste nearly as good as other local spots and the order isn't correct then we may stick to the other places we frequent.
