We sat down with the lady to figure out pricing and sizes etc. The ring they had in stock was only a 6.5 so I had to get resized to a 7.5. After all said and done, they charged us $116 for resizing of the ring!! We purchased the ring and when we went home we did a little research and called some other jewelers and the highest we found people were charging for resizing a ring was $40 with most places being free for the first time. My boyfriend called and wanted to cancel. The manager of the Neenah location, Brandon, stated "Well I dont know why she would have charged you for resizing the ring as the ring is so cheap that we wouldnt have made any money off of it anyways" as he was standing right next to the girl that was helping us that day and he helped her put all the information into the system and gave us our receipts. In reality, he was just trying to make some extra money because he didnt think that we were going to ask questions. Needless to say, we will never go back here again!!!!

It felt light and was several grams under what it was supposed to be. I put in for a return, and these guys cancelled my return request, and won't answer any of my messages. They refuse to give me a refund on my money. I just have to say, if this is a professional business, its being run very unprofessionally. For one, they should be embarrassed for selling a fake coin. Any LCS worth its salt tests EVERYTHING that comes thru the door. Their reputation counts on it. Well, I'd give a pass if this was their first mistake, but after reading some more reviews on Ebay, this isn't the first time they've sold counterfeit coins. I left a negative review, but somehow they got it scrubbed. So I'm leaving my grievances here and elsewhere to hopefully let a future unsuspecting customer of theirs steer clear away from them to avoid getting duped like I did.
