I accessed one of the screens placed around the store that provide locations. It didn't work. I asked the friendly customer service person for directions. She provided them and used her radio to ask someone to meet me. I stood around in the location provided for about 10 minutes - no watches, no help. I walked out of that store after nearly 40 minutes of encountering one episode of incompetence after another. I've shopped at Targets since the first one opened near St. Paul, MN, and this has been my worst Target experience. I put this down to poor management.
