Paper work was a breeze, and there was a quick free consultation at the beginning of the session so we could talk about what type of lashes I wanted and what my expectations were. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was even heated! Almost fell asleep with how comfortable I was. Theresa was so friendly and professional, she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the session and kept up great conversation. She walked me through the entire process of doing my lashes so I understood what was happening the entire time, and would let me know exactly what she was doing. At the end of the session I was extremely pleased with my results, and she even let me know that she would include my lash information into my chart so that next time I come even if I have a new technician they would know what size rods to use and how much time to leave it on, etc. Overall extremely satisfied and will be returning!

The process of getting it done was not too bad. But the lady was not very friendly at all kind of just awkward silence. I came out of there and one of my eyelashes looked great and the other was awful. One of my eyelashes was curled to the point where it was touching the back of my eyelid and it looks terrible. I was very upset and even my family noticed. I called the store and the lady who did it answered and she told me that there was nothing she couldn't really do and she told me to go wash my face. It did not really help. Definitely do not come to this place. If you are looking for a high-quality eyelash lift intent. Even some of my eyelashes have fallen out. It literally hurts to open my eyes.
