I really wanted to give this place a fair chance, but after nearly a year, today was the final straw. The washers are fine, and as a runner, I need to do laundry every week, so having a reliable laundromat is important. My biggest frustration has always been the dryers. They seem to be set at such a low heat that my DRI-FIT workout clothes take an unreasonable amount of time to dry. I consistently have to add more money just to get my clothes fully dry, which makes every visit more expensive and time-consuming. Unfortunately, today's experience convinced me not to return. I injured myself trying to maneuver around one of the machines because there isn't enough space between them. After waiting, as usual, for my clothes to finally dry, I was ready to leave when a customer picking up a fluff-and-fold order was blocking my car. Octavio, the attendant, was helping load the customer's laundry into the vehicle, and neither of them acknowledged that they were preventing me from leaving. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but there was none. After nearly a year of giving this laundromat repeated chances, I've decided I won't be coming back. I still have money remaining on my digital laundry card, and I'd rather walk away from that balance than continue patronizing this business. I hope management considers improving the dryer performance, creating safer spacing around the machines, and providing better customer service. Those changes would make a significant difference.

I love that there's a range of machine sizes, so no matter how many loads I need to do, I'm covered. The most recent time I went, I needed to catch up on some work while my laundry was ongoing, and the internet connection was super fast and reliable. There's also a lot of space to fold, which I really appreciate. My only note is that I tried to purchase laundry detergent through the vending machine, and it said there was none available even though I could clearly see it was fully stocked. Also, be aware that there will be a hold on your card for every machine you use. I also love the location because being close to some food spots and Trader Joe's means I can grab snacks while I wait. Overall, it's a really convenient and well-maintained laundromat which has made me look forward to something that I usually found tedious.

This laundromat should be immaculate considering how much they charge for their machines. It's in a…read morestrip mall with tight parking. 2 spots became available when I came on a Wednesday around 8:30-8:45 AM so I lucked up. The facility and machines are very clean and well kept up. A few of the 2-3 load washers are out of service. There are only 2 6 load washers so you may have to wait a bit if someone is using those. Getting and using the laundry card was easy. I think it took a dollar off of mine since I used credit card to pay. It's a little more expensive than what I'm used to but worth it for the calm, clean, and safe experience.
