I appreciated the help of the lady working cashier, she went out of her way to find if they had a product I was looking for. As the other lady didn't even greet or offer to help me, whereas when other ladies came in she greeted them & offered help. I think it was cause of my age & race that she didn't bother to look my way. Regardless I'm a paying customer. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location.

I do like this specific HomeGoods location since it is (for the most part), organized and fairly new compared to other locations. At the recommendation of our contractor, we got all of our tile for a bathroom renovation at Floor & Decor. Fast forward to the completion of the product, it became evident that the tile was defective. An inspector from Floor & Decor confirmed that the tiles were defective & it would be hard to tell as such until they were installed. Floor & Decor offered us a refund of said tiles but our entire brand new bathroom needed to be redone because of the defects. Floor & Decor refused to refund us of costs accrued because of their defective tiles, and to make it even worse, continued to sell the defective tiles in store.
