I found Total Med Solutions of Groupon. I went in to get a B-12 Lipo shot. Much to my surprise, I met with 3 different staff professionals who explained exactly what the shot consisted of, the benefits and they even did a full body analysis on a machine that reads your entire body composition. They not only took my vitals and explained my results in great details, but even took time to sincerely talk to me about my body/weight loss goals. All of this for a B-12 Lipo shot..and all with NO PRESSURE to BUY ANYTHING!! In fact, Cheryl was quite adamant about them monitoring my body's reaction to the Lipo shot BEFORE I proceeded to the weight loss program due to my prior medical condition. I called about 3 weeks later, and they told me I should have informed them at my 2 week check in. No one informed me I should schedule a two week check in. I got Dysport in between my eyebrows, the mean frowns like she said... Acacia was super informative and recommended what I do before I come back to get my lip filler. It wasn't painful at all, just tiny little pinch and last only a couple seconds and it's over. I was going in for lip filler but since it's my first time she recommended I reschedule since I'm traveling in 5 days and we don't know how I will do in regards to bruising and swelling. So....rather than posting reviews based on bad hair days or the fine print on a Groupon (like two of the previous reviews) I'll post mine on the services I received. I bought a Groupon for Dysport, and when I called to book my appointment, I was offered one the next day! Admittedly, this scared me a little, but I figured I'd give them a try. So glad I did! Everyone was nice, friendly, and professional. The facility is super-clean, and I only had to wait a few minutes. The 90 day policy on Groupons and specials was clearly explained at least twice. Misti did my injections, and did an amazing job! I felt as if she was totally honest in what the amount of units I purchased would and would not do. Took her time, answered my questions, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll be back in 90 days - maybe sooner! And on a side note, everyone's hair looked fantastic. read more

Did not honor Groupon. When I called to make an appointment I was only then told they had a Strict 90 days between last special price "policy". Regardless if it was an in house special, advertised special or Groupon. No where on Total Med Solutuions Groupon did they mention any time frame for using their groupon discount. I had an appointment and they offered a special price true but they never told me I could not purchase a groupon for 90 days to use with them. Instead of relying on happy customers and good referrals this company choices to offer deals to get you in and then up selling you by adding on cost for full priced services. As for their Groupon shame on them for false advertising. Bait and switch to pay for it and wait for it. Groupon agreed with me and promised to follow up on the matter groupon did the right thing and gave me a full refund. read more
