They charged me an extra $5 to shorten my nails. They weren't that long to begin with. 2 different people did my nails. One lady kept going back and forth between doing my nails and a pedicure. It took over 1 1/2 hours to complete my nails. read more

Checked out this place after a friend recommended it. My friend and I had reservations for both a pedicure and manicure. It was clean and neat inside. The nail techs we had were both friendly. It was probably one of the best pedicures I've received and best dip manicure ever. The nail tech did a great job at bringing my nails back to life! It was quite the popular place for the Muskego area, so I'd definitely make a reservation as it is small inside. So it's not exactly 6ft apart for social distancing. read more

My toes are okay. But the guy who did my fingernails was incredibly rude. I hope he is not the owner but if he is, he should take a class on customer service. He asked me to pick a color and than grabbed the colors out of my hand and slammed them down and said, "I don't have time for this, so you want this or not?" Maybe if he had asked me to pick out the color during the hour long pedicure or actually helped me match the color, I wouldn't have taken up 3 minutes of his time. And after all that, he didn't use the color I picked and the nails are not smooth. Only giving it 2 stars for the pedicure. read more

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. I love this place. I always have a lot of anxiety at the nail salon because my hands are so ugly to me. I haven't had a dip manicure in forever and Kim was so nice and helpful to me. I showed her a picture and it was almost spot on with how they turned out! I have clubbed thumb nails and she did her best to make it look cute lol. I also got a gel pedicure today and it looks wonderful! I'll be back for sure! read more

Was not a fan of my first dip manicure I received. Nails on the sides were filed down so much I bled and the shape is pretty bad. My toes look a lot better but was surprised when I didn't receive the full services. For example: the manicure did not include any lotion and hand massage. As for the pedicure, no salt scrub. The lady I had was friendly but my nails hurt from being filed down so much. read more

Terrible pedicure - for $47 - would never go back - I could have done a better job at home myself

My previous salon closed so I stopped in here to make an appointment. Man said he could get me in today's schedule if I wanted to do that. Can back and was seated quickly. Lady worked fast so I was done in 30". Sat for 15" waiting to dry. So far, so good. She applied all layers one after another so I'm hoping same won't distort easily once I put sandals back on. If this performs well, I may come back when I have more time for a mani. read more

These are photos of my granddaughter's nails after I took her to Luxe in Muskego to have her acrylic nails removed. She told the tech that the acrylic nails were glued and gel was over the acrylic nails. The tech never soaked her nails; never did any filing to the acrylic nails just ripped them off. My granddaughter was crying in pain. The nail tech came over and said her nails were fine; she had done the removal correctly. I explained to her she had basically ruined my granddaughter's nails.I finally asked what I owed; paid the $10 and told the owner we would never be back. Beware of this Salon!! read more

Went in for a pedicure and got a chop job. My nails were not clipped nor filed properly. This was the worse pedicure ever! If you want chop, chop than this is your place. Toes and fingers sore, not Relaxing at all. read more

I went there a little less than a week ago like 5 days ago paid $15 for no chip and 5 days later... all chipped. You can tell they rush to push people out and their work shows it. Didn't get the right shape I wanted. Didn't get a no chip. They barely painted the nails all the way.. read more

Very disappointed, I had a manicure and pedicure. I went in on a Tuesday and by Thursday I saw my one fingernail had like a line or crack in it so I went back in and she put another coat of polish over it instead of removing it from that nail and redo it, well it looked ok but by Monday part of the polish on that nail was off! Fell off right where that line was ugh. My polish on my toes was good BUT she didn't get the dry skin off and I didn't even have much to remove, I sent a email and no response I won't ever go there again. read more

They don't have their colors listed as the correct colors they paint your nails, they didn't do the full service like cutting my cuticles etc, and they didn't paint all of my nail meaning i can still see parts of my nail where the acrylic should be. read more

I tried this place out because the one I go to across the street was closed. I had Gel nails on and wanted to go back to Acrylic. I usually only get Gel if I am going on vacation. I like Acrylics because I can change my own polish in-between appointments and I am not always able to get there as often as I should. The man was taking off my gel polish and when he got to my 9th nail he told me it would be an extra $10 just to remove the gel. I could not believe this. I gave him the $10 and walked out the door with my nails undone. What a crock to say that at the last minute! Plus if the salons do not want to do Acrylics because they do not make enough money on them, then simply take them off you menu of services. I'm sick and tired of the snide remarks when I say I just want the regular polish. Some of those salon people are so rude. Do they seriously think just because we do not understand their language that we do not know they are talking about us? read more
