It was my first time here, and I had a great experience. The facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I got the deluxe pedicure with shellac polish and two acrylics on my big toes since I have really short and stubby nail beds. Vin was my tech and he was fantastic. I let him know that one of the acrylics was a little bit crooked, and he immediately fixed it and continued service with a positive attitude. And his foot massages are amazing! The staff here is so rude and they definitely don't like you to have a particular person to go to every time I try to stick to the same person they act like it's a problem and start talking in their language so on more than one occasion I thought ok maybe this tech will do just as good I went ahead and let them do my nails the guy the main guy that stands up in the front did my nails did a terrible job. She kept telling me everything I chose wasn't gonna work. It was just very annoying. I should have left but my nails were desperate REGRETS I ended up with a rash around my cuticles, and also the powder stuck to the bottom of my nails skin bed. Service was amazing. Probably one of the best experiences, in terms of customer service. I recommend going at the time they open (10am Mon-Sat; 11:30am Sundays) since it is not packed and you get seen quick. The employee who tended to me was very professional, quiet but i did not mind at all! I got a mani, pedi with shellac & eyebrow wax. It came out to a total of $87, not including tip. They have a bar and drinks in the back. I'm pregnant so I did not get any lol Also, COVID-19 protocols were not strictly enforced, social distancing was not enforced. They do ask you wash your hands before you get your nails done. They do provide Tun coverings for the pedicures. They use sterile equipment, some other places do not so I make sure I keep an extra eye on that. Everyone wears their masks. There are clear barriers between you and tech. They do not use gloves but do spray your hands and feet with alcohol before coming in contact with them. Final note, as I typed this I noticed the tech did not coat all the way to the edge of the nail, so it does kinda look like maybe a few days or week old manicure. If that is something you look into then enter at your own risk lol but if not I do recommend it. It is on the pricier side but honestly the other places I've been to have been horrible experiences. I'm not a San Antonio native so I'm still in search of the perfect spot, this place so far has been good. read more

So sad to leave this review but it was extremely upsetting from beginning to end. Right from the start, the receptionist was not friendly, not one smile. I hate to place the race card, but she became a lot more perky - asked how their day was... etc... when some Caucasians had walked in. I then had to asked for a liner in my bowl. My friend and I decided both to do the delux pedi and regular manicure. My technician RUSHED through the whole thing. My friend even asked if he scrubbed my feet or massaged me. What's frustrating is we both got the same service and I finished no joke 45 minutes before hers. I though we had the same service. He was rough all around, even my hands were rushed and he had a comment about how much skin/cuticles I have. I mean... that's why I'm getting my nails done. I didn't even ask him to trim my nails. Just shape it... it was already shaped 90% prior to him touching it.. he then asked me if I had shellac and tried scratching my polish off with his fingernails when I told him it was regular polish. I'm in awe. Mind you, I can understand what he was saying... he says he doesn't like doing pedicures. I'm sure that's why he rushed. Another thing is, he made an unpleasant comment about another customer which irritated me even more. Now only TWO days after my polish chipped. That's not right. I paint my nails all the time and it at least last about a week. Now I'll have to repaint myself or go to another salon. It's unfortunate because I came here to relax in my vacation and all I got was money taken out of my pocket. $60 dollars that I'll never see again. Way too expensive for what it was. They also have nice soothing music.Plus they serve mamosas, and they have good chairs that knead your back. All this added up to my most relaxing treat yourself day. I came mostly because they had just opened and had a special for those first couple of weeks. I got a shellac pedicure and I got my first set of stilleto nails put on. I believe I got their 3rd package for the pedicure which included the usual trimming of the cuticles plus a scrub and a wax mask plus a message. I was almost falling asleep in my chair after all that. I ended up getting a set of nails put on with a color changing polish. What I didn't like: I was a little turned off when halfway through my manicure the manager assigned my technician to somone else. What I liked: I really enjoyed my pedicure experience. I was worried about the time since I still had to do a full set and I knew they would be closing in about an hour but the employees assured me it was okay and that just wanted me to have a relaxed experience. When I finished with my pedicure I got seated with Tony for my ombré nails. HE IS AMAZING! He was super kind and funny and did an incredible job on my nails. By this time they had closed but Tony was in no rush and continued to work on my nails. We finished at about 7:00. I felt awful because I know that everyone wants to go home after being at work all day but they made sure to go out of their way to make a customer happy:) read more

I'm not sure on the guys name who is taking care of me BUT so awesome he's so careful which is just great if your as ticklish as I am! Lol. The first time I got my nails done here the guy was extremely rude and arrogant. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he kept trying to convince me to get longer nails or a different color, saying the color I wanted was boring! The nails were very thick and looked like bubbles on my nails. I decided to give the place another chance, because I didn't want to ride them off after one time. The second time I went the receptionist was extremely rude. I wanted a simple overlay on my nail, which I've had done several times before. The lady told me I couldn't do that and had to add a tip to my nail to make them longer. The guy that was going to do my nails finally said yes he could do a regular overlay with shellac polish. He put two coats of polish on my nails and almost every nail has something wrong with it. Paint not fully covering the nail, or streaks showing. I hate complaining about someone else's job, but I've had my nails done hundreds of times and this place is just not IT. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money and go somewhere else. I went in and waited 30 minutes and was no where near being helped. My feet weren't soaking, I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink, nor told my wait time. I was just told where to sit and they just had me waiting. Seemed like they did not have enough employees. As a customer it would have been nice to be offered a water, and told how long I'd be waiting. I use to like this place but the turn around for nail techs is bad.
