I got a simple french tip to keep things easy as it gets and still ended up disappointed and $130 less in my pocket For self care. .. which isn't great when you bend backward to get some time for yourself. Went to this salon , 2 nd time first time was very hay with my nails. second time worst experience man doing my nails kept pulling my hand and jerking it. asked him twice to stop, then was in a rush to get me out and did not like result ask to fix them or take them off. again he ignored me owner was no help because I was young called me a idiot. I came here as a walk-in the quality of there work was beyond poor as well as there professionalism. I asked for french tip and they left white stains all over my fingers & thick as heck. I asked several times for them to clean my nails & they disregarded my requests. This was my first and will definitely be the last time I come here. The price I paid was not worth the experience I had. When I questioned how come my fullset was $75 if it was basic french tip & the lady couldn't even explain herself, she refused to change the set price to $55 which is the price listed for a french tip full set. I'm not sure how they're still opened with the service they offer. Do not come here go somewhere else and get your moneys worth. I tried to dispute the price I was charged with a manager however they told me there was no one I could speak with due to there manager being out on vacation. How can you run a place like this with the absence of management? Be so for real. I have been going to Nailtini for a couple of years. Each time I go I receive great treatment for my pedicure and manicure. All the staff is very welcoming and I'm always relaxed and satisfied when I leave. They do take in walk-ins, but I recommend an appointment. read more

Went in for a soak off and got my hands tortured! They did file down my nails and soak them but after a few minutes the lady came and used a nail tip to dig in under the acrylic rip to it off and it was painful it caused my natural nail on my thumb to break, they then proceeded to file my nails and buff them which caused even more pain. Do not waste your time coming to this nail salon the owner thinks that she knows it all and does not think that people somewhat know of how they get their nails done on the regularly as she was doing my nails a very thick with acrylic I informed her they're little thick and she's then on when to correct me as to ma'am there's a difference when there's short nails and long nails. I always get long nails and previously going she gave me a hard time as well as I told her my nails are too thick she then got very upset and started failing very aggressively with her drill and then she got upset and she cut them all off and she didn't even do a new set after ripping them off. I did not get my nails done and I needed my nails done for my mom's wedding. just avoid this place overall the owner has no sense of customer service or care for her customers she's just been getting very rude how disappointing. Went out of my way to come here second time. The 1st time was fine no issues. They do offer some good pedi options which I did enjoy. The second time however was a completely different scenario. As we ( my daughters and I) walked in unsure of what we wanted; the female owner who was working on someone's nails comes to us to fill out the form with options. I asked if theY have mani pedi options she says we don't discount this is what we have . So I'm like ok fine. I chose the middle options for both mani and pedicures . Feeling kinda rushed. Then my 15yr old asks about nail set pricing and she is like what kind?! That's when we were caught of guard like we don't know what do U have she walks back to her client and the other nail tech asks for a picture which we have and they're like ok 60$ I was like no that's too much for that . We have done the same ombré coffin nail set for less at out normal set. So I said not ombré just one color she says 45.00. With such a rude attitude telling us to sit down in our chairs directing us with her pointing finger. Ughh I wasn't not a fan of that. My daughter sits at nail station to get her nails. My oldest and I having pedicures across the room . Ok we are settled in and her nail tech starts yellling at her saying you need to go talk to your mom. Making her very uncomfortable and me slightly agitated. She wants them longer like the picture. She wasn't happy already with nails. They start looking at us and having a conversation in their language every other word is shape loudlY.. they tell my daUghter to go get her pedicure because they had to finish the other clients nails . While she is waLking over to pedicure area the owner proceeds behind her yelling to go the other way my daughter has no idea she is talking to her. I tell her she doesn't understand stand you I only did because she was again with her pointy finger. She starts yelling at me I don't want hEr to fall. These chairs were so close together hard to tell which way to go. I just stared at her. My oldest comments about her attitude and I say it's just her tone I'm sure she means well. Nope I was wrong. My daughter goes to finish her nails after pedicure and I sit next to her to get my manicure. That's when we get really get yelled at she tells her they are too short. She said it's too late. We can't make them longer. I'm like we showed u a picture we were already quoted a price she says its 5$ more fOr long nailS. That's when I get upset and offended because she is yelling at me every one is staring and she obviously doesn't care about us or the client she is wOrking on. She was on a roll yelling at other customers too who walked in to sit down. She starts rambling at me and I said to my nail tech can you translate because I don't understand her. That's when she says I speak really good English. I smirked and she tells the other nail tech who has her own little kids sitting behind her while she is working to explain to mE. All in a loud yelling tone. I tell her you know what a just take them off she isn't happy we showed you a picture they aren't done well take them off. She says fine you came in here with such an attitude anyway. I was like omg this women is something else. I pull my hand out of my techs hands and tell her I'm not going to tolerate this . I stopped my manicure as she was shaping my nails. I get up and tell her I wanna pay for what we owe. My daughter pulls her hands out of soak to take nails off and we go pay. The owner comes over register and starts charging which I was over charged and we paid 148$ . She asked why I didn't get my shellac I said because of thE way you treated me !! I will take my business somewhere else. I needed a relaxing moment with my daughters I had no idea this is whAt we would encounter. Her husband apologized tO me as we're leaving I said know he was sincere but damage done even he was yelling at her. I have never been treated like that and I love people. I avoid confrontation at all costs. I really fElt she stereotyped us as being nonpaying customers or something it felt horrible. I now know how it feels and so do my daughters. My husband and I come here off and on and have for the past few years. We're fairly easy going so maybe others just have higher expectations of a nail salon. We always come and get pedicures together and leave happy! My nails are painted well, when we get the pricier sets they clearly do a lot of additional work and add ons, and even with the basic pedicure we leave with soft, clean, beautiful feet which is all we are wanting! I had not been here in years: Walked into an empty salon, wanting to get a gel manicure, I was asked to sign in so I did.... But then I had asked where all the colors were. From the very beginning it wasn't like they were very friendly, I had a male technician, who's nails were not very clean themselves (sometime that detail matters to people). Some nail places will offer you bottled water or something to drink, this place does not, I remember years ago they used to. The second male nail tech was just sitting on the pedicure chairs with his shoes off, all over the bowl, so heads up if you think they are clean! Through the whole manicure the nail tech was more interested in what was on TV than staying focused on my nails, he even nicked me once! I feel like the service is sloppy and less than 5 hours from when I waked out, one of my nails is chipping from the gel manicure! Not worth $30. read more

When it comes to my nails I'm super picky... Had to wait a while, they don't go by a signing sheet which it's useless. Instead they go around and ask people waiting " you next " yeah I don't like gel, instead I like my nails buffered. When I asked the guy he seemed to not like my request ... Yeah I said can you buff them instead!!! No I don't care for shiny! I don't think I'll come back to this place. Still not to my liking, nails are bumpy and too thick. Literally the worst pedi I have ever had. They did everything backwards. They painted my nails before placing my feet in hot wax?? Didnt cut the nails,just filed and the paint job was sub pars, soo I'm sure my shellac nail polish will be falling in a day or two. They were such in a rush to get people seated and you out the door. Not to mention we actually made an appointment and were not walk ins. Such a waste of 55 dollars. I'm glad I decided to leave after my pedi. This nail salon I gave them 2 tries and that's it, the first time I came with a friend and the nail tech did a sloppy job the acrylic was bubbling and he didn't fix it he said it will be covered with the nail polish in fact it didnt get covered you could see the bubbles. The second time I came for a pedi the nail tech put my toenail with a file she blamed me she said moved when i did not I was watching a movie on my phone, after she stopped the bleeding she didn't even apologize she kept saying you shouldn't of moved, I was over it I wanted to leave she continued and then I guess to pay me back she put the hot steaming towels straight on my legs and burned my legs I screamed of how much it hurt and she didn't take them off I threw them off she said o was it too hot I said you didn't this on purpose she said no it was an accident I told her in all the years I've been getting pedis the technician always tries to cool off the towels before applying them to the customer she said and I quote "YOU GOT BIG LEGS YOU DONT FEEL NOTHING" from what I was told this is the owner my weight or the size of any woman's legs shouldn't be any of her concern. my feet were clearly irritated bright red from the scorching hot towels at the end I was done I didn't finish my service I started to walk out and she wanted to charge me full price for the service that wasn't finished. I didn't get my nail color on I usually get gel polish and she didn't even scrub my feet yet! Everything was horrible will never be back again ! read more

A very convenient location, staff is very friendly and attentive, I love doing a pedi or nails and get a drink ( soda or mimosa) it's a bit pricier but to tell the truth I have not gone anywhere else to compare prices. I liked the new decoration and furniture rearranged. This place is terrible! I called to schedule an appt so I wouldn't have to wait once I got there and was told they would get started as soon as I walk through the door. Well they lied, my appointment was at 6:00pm and they didn't start my nails till 7:57pm!!! I was pissed. They only have 2 people who actually do acrylic nails, the other 2 employees can only do pedicures/manicures. When I got there all employees were busy so there wasn't even a possibility they would start "as soon as I walk through the door" I asked the other people who were waiting if they also had appointments and they all said no. They called everyone in the order they came in and never honored my appointment. So annoying. The only reason I stayed is because I really needed my nails done by the next morning and didn't think i'd find anywhere else that would be open. I went here because it was the salon closest to the the 5:30 Drs appt I had that day. NEVER AGAIN! They didn't have a big selection of shellac or polish. My nails didn't even last a full 2 weeks, within the first couple of days my shellac started peeling off. Once I peeled the rest of the shellac off, I was able to see all of my nails had lifted. Do not spend your money here!! I tried out this place because I was new to the area and after a week a nail broke off, which is not typical. I did not sweat it and went back, figured I would get a fill since it would help put off another week, and was charged $23.00. Fine, I paid and went on my merry way....2 days later another nail fell off!!! I went back and told them the problem, he fixed for no charge, but when it came to polishing my nails, the color I had originally put on my nails was not available, so I selected another. He painted the one nail and only one nail the different color, when I asked if he was going to paint the rest, his response was "only if you pay me". After going back and forth and telling him that he really takes pride in taking care of his customers (sarcastically speaking) and that I would never go back there, he said that's fine, don't come back!!!
