I get a dip manicure and a pedicure every three weeks. I love the ladies who work at Rose's- very friendly and they get to know their customers. They are very good at their jobs. I often get complimented on my nails- they look so great when freshly done and stay looking great for several weeks. They are very gentle with my feet, which can be sensitive at times. I have very dry skin and feel like I have baby soft feet when they are done. All the ladies do a great job but I love Hannah's dip manicure best. Highly recommend! I wasn't given a menu of options to select type of service I wanted nor did I know what type of service that I would be receiving. (Again, that was not proper and I should have been asked) Top Coat is clean enough with nice music playing in the background but I would have preferred something more relaxing for my pedicure to help me relax. I'm not really into pop, hip hop, etc. When I come to the nail salon this is the time to get pampered and relax. There was no wait time when I arrived. This place is the epitome of good customer service. I was offered something to drink (multiple times) and cellphone charging (if I needed it). The shop is very modern and clean and I was glad to see the big, comfortable benches for the pedicures, as opposed to the chairs. At some places, the chairs aren't big enough for my height. There was a vast selection of pedicures to choose from and it was tough making a decision lol. I went with the Orange Mango (I think that's the name). It was niiiiice and fresh oranges were placed in the water. Also worth mentioning is that the foot tubs are huge! The lady that did my pedicure did an excellent job and I was very impressed. We got there around 1pm and were quickly taken to our seats to begin. Not busy at all - maybe 2 other ladies in the nail salon. I was lucky enough to have been paired up with Mary for my manicure and Tiffany for my pedicure - they were both INCREDIBLE!!! I highly recommend the jelly pedi (pricey, but worth it - plus, you get a gift certificate towards your next visit). The salon was very clean and the prices were reasonable…read more My experience getting a pedicure- The tech that did my pedicure seemed like she did not want to touch my feet, the usual foot massage or foot rub is not included with the pedicure. Other than that I was very satisfied with my pedi. My experience with my manicure- I asked the tech for square round, but she gave me square. After asking 3xs for them to be rounded I just gave up. It definitely could have been filed down more. I also asked for very short nails but they were longer than what I asked for... but no biggie. I found that the nails looked very bulky & thick. The Tech glued the fake nail to my skin and when I asked her to detach it from my skin she seemed puzzled ( I got my real nails cut very low, so this is probably why that happened). There was lots of product build up under my nails hay the Tech did not try to clean up, I ended up going home and doing it myself . After getting the fake nails applied I sat and waited 10 mins before the overlay was applied to the nails. No explanation for why I waited the tech just got up and walked away, came back 10 mins later . While I sat waiting I repeatedly asked if I could pay and the Tech said no. I thought that was strange most places let you pay before your nails are polished ... but again no biggie. Overall- I thought this was a good spot. I would go back to get a pedicure but probably not a an acrylic full set. This would be my back up spot if I couldnt get an appt with my usual salon. I went to this location at 5:30 on a Monday and left at 7:00 I thought that was long for a mani and pedi when there were no other customers in the salon. It also seems that the Techs that worked there became tiresome or lazy during the time I was there, probably because it was close to closing time. For example, I asked the Tech if she had any nude colors for my Skin tone and she told me to go and look for a color. Instead of assisting me or offering help. But again that's no biggie. I'm just used to going to a salon where the service is a bit different. Oh and there was not a large selection of colors to choose from. Very little OPI and no Essie selections. I think with more color selections, a little improvement with customer service I would have given this place 5 stars.

Hanna's will tell you what you will pay for, you do not have the luxury of booking an appointment with who you want. I'm not sure when they lost touch with providing a service that we are choosing to pay for and being an option. We can always OPT to pay someone else and at this point I refuse to keep paying bills where I'm not treated like a human being. It's sad bc I love their work. Ann took one look at my nails and was like, "Girlllll, this is not what you said on the phone" and we both fell out laughing . At that moment, I said yup... I've found my people. Ann has never met a stranger! I got a toe polish change and the cutest Christmas nails. I was heavily persuaded into getting a tiny Christmas bow. No regrets though! What really stood out was how Ann greeted every single person by name as they walked in. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of service and connection they give here.
