I came into the nail salon to have my acrylic nails removed and painted with gel polish because I have a procedure coming up where I can't have them on. I stated this to person I checked in with and the technician. It took my technician 1 hr and 25 min to remove and paint my nail. During my nails being done she brought out a "sterile" pack of tools. and dumped the into a very dirty plastic bin that had someone's nail clippings in and other gross dirt looking products. This is literally my second google review AFTER the owner responded to my first google review (see Google Review) in reference to the ride staff and yet again I was met with the SAME energy after the owner asked me to return to be serviced for another chance to make it right. I also noticed I can no longer see the original response to my first review. On 4/11 at about 12:50 I returned back to the shop to speak with the manager and was told the manager wasn't there by the guy at the front desk, while in the same breath the guy at station #1 said he's the manager. I asked are you the manager or the manager isn't there bc there's two ppl saying two different things. The guy in station #1 stated the manager was in the back doing lashes (who occupy a station #2) and to speak with her I could message her on instagram or make an appointment. I stated I would like to wait to speak with her and the guy told me I couldn't wait that I could contact her on IG or call. I proceeded to let him know why I was there and needed to speak with the manager and he proceeded to ask what happened with my nails the last time and I told him respectfully I would like to take it up with the manager. He again says he's the manager! I'm so confused and don't know what type of professionals they consider them says but THEY ARE NOT IN ANY SENSE PROFESSIONAL. I should be allowed to speak with the manager. However, I believe they are upset with my original review hence why the original response from the manager may have been removed. I provided the screen shot that shows no response and a screenshot that shows my email where the owner did respond. I also put a screenshot of the guy from station one who went from being the manager to not being the manager to the manager wasn't there to she was in the back doing lashes. Make it make sense. I would really give them 0 stars however, you have to choose something in order to post your review! I recently moved to the Fayetteville area and I made an appointment for 5:30p for TAP gel, which is what I have had on my nails for almost a year now. I arrived at 5:20, and it was busy, so I checked in on the iPad up front and sat down to wait. At 6:00 I had still not been spoken to or helped. Then an employee came by and asked if I would like a pedicure. I said no and stated I had an appointment for TAP nails. I waited another 20 minutes without any acknowledgement before someone else came by and AGAIN asked if I was there for a pedicure. I explained again that I was there for nails and asked if I should just come back another day as my appointment was for 5:30 and it was almost an hour late (not to mention they close at 7). He told me if I'd wait another few minutes they'd get me in and that there were only two of them there that do TAP. About 10 minutes later I finally got taken back to do my nails. The tech told me that my nails were "too short" for TAP gel and that I should do liquid gel if I wasn't going to do tips. I just agreed and they ended up looking ok, but I have had short nails with TAP gel for a long time and have never had any issues? Overall I am pleased with the final result but the extremely long wait when I made an appointment in advance and the fact they only apparently have two techs for a relatively common product, I probably won't be back. read more

I chose to try this salon because it's a fairly new one and I had seen pictures of how "nice" it was. Unfortunately, not the case. I took my daughter with me on Monday- when we stayed home because of the snow. I asked for a gel mani/pedi and had them do a pedi and regular polish change on my daughter. We walked in and it was pretty busy but they sat us down in chairs 11 & 12. The pedicure was great and I have zero complaints about it. I do, however, have to comment on my manicure. My lady was super nice but I don't think she understood what I asked for because she asked me to pick a color for my mani and instead of taking me to get a mani, she had me sit in the pedicure chair and proceeded to paint my nails without giving me a full manicure. After she was done, I was in shock wondering where my hand massage was etc. She immediately left and there was no way to ask why because she set off to do another customers feet. When I went to pay, I was rang up by another lady and she charged me $120. I still don't know what they charged me for because there is no way the services I asked for were provided. To make matters worse, on Wednesday (yesterday 1/26), my gel polish started peeling on 3 nails. I messaged them and they told me I could come in to get it fixed but I went to my normal nail salon today to have that MESS removed from my nails and got a proper gel manicure there. I also did not mention how my daughter and I sat next to a roach on the wall and nobody cared to remove it even though they absolutely saw it just chilling for a whole hour amongst the HOARDER scene inside of that nail salon. This is my go to place for acrylics and pedis. Every tech I've encountered has been very professional and quick. I'm usually in and out within an hour depending on my service. Today, I went in and received the best pedicure by one of the male techs. He was very thorough and his massage was amazing. I will have to get his name next time I go in. I am sick of nail salons always trying to get over but that's nothing new. Its just ridiculous . They Make up prices, everytime i go it's different. These cost $58 for "length" and shape. I have never had nails these short or had to pay for almond shape. This isnt stiletto or something fancy. The only price i understood was paying because the gel polish. My nail tech commenced to answering calls and taking appointments, periodically stopping. When done, my total was $65, I had two vouchers for $5 off. In the beginning it was nice they were friendly, but the person doing my toes was very rough and I felt pain around my toes especially when put in the water or being cleaned with the alcohol. I later realized that she had cut my toes I couldn't put sneakers or socks on for two days they hurt so bad. She also beat the shit out of my legs when giving me the "massage" portion, something that was supposed to be relaxing was the total opposite..
