I stopped going to this place for several months because the guys kept rushing through and it would never fail they would cut my cuticles until they were bleeding. I decided to give it another try today And was equally disappointed. The pedicure was ok but when I went to get my manicure, I explained what I wanted and they kept trying to sell the dip powder. I decided to go with it and it looks horrible. Definitely not what I wanted and when I showed him another gal there and said that's what I wanted he said well that's like the picture you showed me. I walked in on a Friday morning at 10 thinking I would get right in... think again! I should have listened to the reviewers.. this place stays busy! I waited about 30 minutes to be taken. Not terrible considering I didn't have an appointment on a Friday, and I was in no rush. My nail tech was Judy and she was fantastic! She spoke perfect English which was great because I always like talking to my nail tech. I have been wanting to try sns since I have heard nothing but amazing things. She told me that I am going to absolutely love the sns, and she was spot on! She said that she did sns all the time at her old salon she worked at, and you can tell she definitely has experience!! My nails look fantastic. The reason for the 3 stars is because this place just doesn't stand out. I never understand why you don't get a hand/arm massage when you pay extra for things like gel and sns? I'm spending my hard earned money, it would be nice to slap a little lotion on me and rub for a minute or 2. I saw some of the nail techs giving a massage so not sure who gets one and who doesn't. I'm giving my nail tech 5 stars! I see Donna, she is theeeee best. I'm the girl who has her "nail person" and I've only been through 2 (Donnas 3) my entire life. I started going here after reading reviews which are true. I used to go to John but then he left SO SAD and then was seeing a few different people every time I went in there. Don't get me wrong the others were good but Donna is EXCELLENT!! After going to her that one time I don't go to anyone else and have now seen her 5 times. I don't like your typical SNS where the polish looks thick I like it very natural looking and she does that for me. While think they are still very strong and hold up 5 weeks. Donna is also very chatty so you won't be bored during your visit here because she also is hilarious. Went in to get a gel manicure and was pleased with everything when I left. I go home and wake up the next morning to see THREE nails chipped. Not even 24 hrs. I went back the next day to get them fixed and a different lady did my nails ( it was a man the first time). So she sits me down and asks me to look for my color. I get handed the pallets and find my color easily because of the funny name and I also remembered the number. So I give it to her and she starts. She puts the first coat on and shows it to me and says it's not the right one - which is obvious as one is way lighter than the others. I don't know what to do and ask her to help me match - all with an attitude and rolling her eyes at the same time. She can't find one and asks me to pick a new color. So I think okay cool - I get a new set that's nice. But no she says so won't make them match and will only do the nails that are chipped. I ask for a refund and she says no. And I'm in shock, there's no solution here. And then huffs and says "you should have remembered the color. Then it wouldn't be a problem." .... funny how that can also be reversed (but I don't say anything) and apologize (I shouldn't have). She then says "well you say this color, then we do this color." And I'm sad because I don't want them to be mismatched but it turns out it needed another coat to match the rest of my nails. She laughs about it and says the nail polishes are just funny. As if she didn't just yell at me like a child for picking the wrong color and wasting her time - not to mention refusing a refund. Never coming back again. read more

My technician was anything but friendly. Didn't say a work and was only speaking to the other employees in another language. I felt like I was being criticized and overall not welcomed there. There was a point where she pointed directly at me and others started laughing... Nope. I came here to spend my own money and enjoy myself after a difficult week only to feel like crap and pay for an okay nail job? Nah. -The UV light box barely worked and smelled awful when turned on. It also really burned my nails...which I have never felt before. Overall, I do not recommend coming to this place. So after waiting an hour to get my nails done I waited another 10 minutes for the nail tech to come back from a break...let me start off by saying the shop JUST OPENED....no one needs a damn break 1 hr into work! Anyways....I ask for a GEL-full set....which I got. BUT I GOT A HORRIBLE JOB! Some of my nails have little bubbles...if I'm going to be paying $41 and you want a tip you better leave my nails looking spectacular!!!! Anyways...she finishes and waxes my eyebrows and I go to pay and she told the MALE OWNER my total was $51. He took my card and charged $510!!!! Yup you read that right, CHARGED MY DAMN CARD $510! Any other day I would of went 0-99 real fast but it was 3 days before Christmas so I went 0-100 real fast! I was heated! He proceeded to say "oh I'm sorry that was my mistake I got side tracked." Side tracked with what mother fucker?!?!? You have one job! To type in 51.00 and then swipe a card.....if you can't multitask then maybe you shouldn't be owning a fuckin business! He starts to freak out because of course he doesn't know how to do a refund so he goes and gets his co-owner and she proceeded to refund me $459 with an apology thrown in....what kind of fuckin shit is that? A sorry? Bitch a sorry isn't real! A sorry is something automatic that falls out of any ones mouth when a huge amount like that is charged. A..."I'm sorry that my co-owner is a complete idiot but let me refund you $510 and the nails are on us" would of been nice to hear! But no! Your all about getting your pennies and quarters that you didn't even offer something like to me after you just robbed me of so much fuckin money right before Christmas! I had a special request but the girl could understand me, her coworker translated and it was all good. We opted for the deluxe pedicure with the paraffin wax. It was a nice, long massage. I've referred several people here and they have referred their own friends as well; this salon is really that amazing. I'd give zero stars is that was an option. I went here because they opened a little earlier and were a little closer than the place I've been going. I got dip polish removed and new dip polish put on. The guy I had basically ground off all the polish until my nails were hot, then did acetone and foil to get the pieces left behind. The guy doing my nails was rushing through it filing so fast he kept bumping all over my fingers and then at one point took a phone call and had a texting conversation while I was sitting there waiting. Then he did the polish and did a half @$$ job I chose a red color and it's basically see through not true to the color I picked out. Now I have an ingrown/ infected nail that has pus coming ouf it and the surrounding tissue is red and very painful. Do yourself a favor and regardless the convenience of the hours/location avoid it it's not worth the Update it's been a week and my INFECTED!!!! nail looks terrible and is extremely painful do not go here for any "service" you'll be in pain. read more

Atmosphere in salon: Horrible! So many unattended children running around the salon. I did ask my nail tech if it was always like that in the salon and she said "Yes lots of kids". At one point a woman thought she lost her child (approximately three years old ) but he was in the bathroom! Unfortunately none of the staff members said anything to the parents. Overall thoughts: Price was good for the service that was performed but the atmosphere in the salon, less then satisfactory.
