Diane did my nails The first time she did a good job , but when I came back for the fill it was totally different story, she was busy so I decided to wait for her, this time she did my nails really fast and sloppy, and less than a week I come back because one of my nails was loose and she just put glue on it, next day was loose again,so I went again and this time she fix it the way should be, the day after more nails were loose, so I decided to remove my nails for good, and to my surprise I discovered fungus in two of my nails ... so please be careful in DK Nails (especially Diane ) don't have professional ethnic. I got their special pedicure which included a hot towel, Rocks, callus remover, and a scrub. My massage by Vivian was great, I also got my nails dipped in a very natural color. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job, can't complain. But the main lady doing nails , did my manicure for me & she did the most half ass job i have ever had done in my life. This was my first time here as i am visiting from CA. She soaked my hands for less than a minute each & didn't even push back the cuticle on my nails, she lightly passed her tool over SOME of my nails, not even all of them lmao then half ass "filed" them. had to tell her to file off a sharp corner off one of my nails. This is the shittiest manicure i've had done in my LIFE. 20$ for a basic manicure , no gel. I pay 25 for a gel mani in Ca all the time & they're done with patience & care. She rushed through my manicure after they made me wait so long because ppl showed up& were taking care of them before me. i was the 3rd person in here after opening & have been here for over 2 hours now. This was my first time going and I will be returning. Customer service is very good. Everyone is very polite. I made an appointment for 9:30 on a Saturday and got started on my pedicure right away. I had to wait at least like 20 min after pedicure was done because so many people walked in and people with appointments brought in extra people. But I wasn't in a rush so it was fine. Got a full set and only complaint is one nail was slightly shorter than the others and a couple of very minor flaws on the polish. When she finished more than half of my brow was gone :( my heart dropped when she handed me the mirror (I do not like my brows thin). Once one nail popped off a week after I got it done I noticed the growth and immediately ripped all my other nails off to prevent further growth and saw that 2 other nails were infected. Normally I get a fill in and pedicure costing 45 dollars this is with gel polish! So I said today I'm get regular polish he said well I will still charge u 3 dollars to remove the old gel polish which it dumb because either way the polish gotta be removed!! Normal they do cuticles removals when needed NO CHARGE I requested it this visit he said oh that another 5 dollars!! SINCE when tho????? I believe they make prices as they go to get extra money!!! Decided to come here because I was referred and worst mistake I made. I needed a fill and wanted a design so I choose a gel color that I wanted matte .. everything was fine until he painted my nails as the gel was drying the nail polish came out bumpy and when I noticed I told them to fix it and there way of fixing it was just painting over it again when I asked to change the color they said it would be $15 ... why should I have to pay for a color that didn't look right to begin with . Oh then the lady had the nerve to say oh yea that happens a lot with that color if it happens a lot why didn't you tell me or fix it from the beginning. I will never come here again and I ended up paying for my crappy nails .. have about 6 layers of gel on my nails since they feel painting over something crappy fixes the problem they didn't even care that I was not satisfied with my nails .
