Friendly and professional staff with fair prices and an enjoyable experience. My pedicure came out nicely and I didn't have an appointment.

They are alright. Color selection kind of small. Not one of my favorite places to go to cause my feet never turn out smooth.

This has by far been the worst experience at any nail salon for me and I've been to quite a few. This visit was part of my Mother's Day gift. They close @ 7 pm gave me the time to be here @ 6:45pm I ask will that be enough time for my appointment, yes was the reply. The water for my pedicure was cold ask for warmer water didn't get it on top of that old toe nails were on the floor. To make matters worse the man came and worked on my nails while I was in the seat. Didn't wash hands anything. Ask if anyone could do a design on my toe he said a sticker I said absolutely not I'm not paying for no sticker. Watched clocked entire time. I wouldn't be so angry if my children hadn't done this for me and these workers hadn't acted like such an ass and as if they really didn't care to really be doing my nails/feet!!! The pic below is 3 days later looks as if they've been done for 2 weeks already!!!!! I do recommend anyone from anywhere to come. I can't even give a star because that's too much honestly with a score of 69 from the Health Department had I saw that first I would have turned around!!!! Enjoyed my experience here. I've only had two other manicures in my life, so I'm not the best judge, but my nails look great! I got a gel French manicure and my nails are more even with less little "bubbles" that occurred with my last one at another place (and where they chipped). Also, I really appreciated how clean the place was. Watched how well they scrubbed all the dishes, tools and the pedi area after other clients left. It makes me feel much more comfortable being there. Definitely plan on going back! read more

Horrible experience. After an hour and a half of waiting they said only one of us could get a pedi while the other could still sit in the chair and wait. I let my girlfriend go first as we watched 3 people who came in after us get their nails done as I just sat there. I ended up saying never mind since it would have been another hour of being in there, plus my girlfriend was almost finished with her pedi. The lady who was up front seemed to be pleased that I said I didn't want to get mine done. Will probably never come back, I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. The salon is suppose to be fun day out and we were wanting to have a good experience. Lesson learned though. read more

I'm never one to leave a review but, the service here was terrible. I completely understand being busy but if you don't have time it's okay to say that. I needed to get my dip polish removed and while that is something small, it's still a service you have to pay for. So, i sat there for 30 minutes with my hands in a bowl of acetone and took everything off myself. After all of this i left with the polish all over my hands, and paid 10 dollars for nothing. read more

They did an excellent job with my nails (gel french no bubbles) and I received quick service on a Saturday morning. I didn't understand why they had two prices for the gel nail polish $20 for the nail polish alone or $14 for the manicure and then you had to pay $20 on top of that..just a little weird..but I am sure the prices are comparable with other shops. We used this salon for pedicures for years and loved it. Then new owners came and the relaxing atmosphere disappeared, as they sit in pedicure chairs beside us and talk on their phones and play video games blowing things up. And they don't talk with you anymore. Today, we decided to try this salon, again, because they moved next door to double their size and remodel. We walked in and nobody talked to us. Two girls sitting at the counter didn't say "hello" or "it'll be 40 minutes" or anything. We had checked in and sat there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement, so we left. We do not recommend and are sad how such a great place has gone down hill. read more

Do not let "Lee 2" do your nails. He is harsh and painful. If you have gel polish on your nails that need to be removed, he will not give the acetone any time to work. He will immediately start filing off the gel and scraping, which in turn files off some of your original nail bed. He was so rough it was a painful experience, not to mention that he damaged a few of my nails. I've had positive experiences with some of the other technicians at that salon, but I will not let Lee come near me ever again. It is the only time I've never left a tip. The shaping of my nail was inferior and the gel polish started peeling off my nails quickly. read more

This nail bar has a couple good nail technicians, BUT if you happen to get an older man that works there you will not only rush through your nails, but he will probably hurt your nails! He was so rough with the drill that he actually cut into my pinky nails. So now I've had no choice but to clip them all the way off because they are falling off and sore! The drill cut all the way through! Also my granddaughter has had her nails done there a couple times and the nails would start popping off in a week! Not to mention that all the techs follow different sanitation routines, some are good some are bad! Bottom line it's not worth 40$ for iffy service! Don't go, if you do get one of the ladies , or the younger man. I think the older man has no interest in trying anymore. read more

Honestly I would give this place zero stars if I could. I've been in multiple times for multiple services. Their pedicures are sloppy and rushed, with the technicians cutting your toes and multiple times. Their acrylic full sets are the same as well as being uneven in length and very very thick. I had a friend recommend their waxing from one specific girl and I thought I'd give them another chance to be fair. I should not have made that mistake. I came in for an eyebrow waxing and specifically told the girl I was trying to grow my eyebrows out and trying to arch them more. I have very thick hair and had made great progress and just wanted them cleaned up. After my visit I now have barely any eyebrows and little to no arch. I would never go here again for any service and will warn anyone who asks me. read more

I think that Lux Nails is a wonderful place to get a manicure and pedicure. They great at everything they do. I recommend this salon to anyone who needs services in a manicure and a pedicure. Ask for Sean he does my nails and is great. read more

Best nail salon in Maryville, hands down !! The staff is polite and does a wonderful job on my nails. I get pedicures and white tip nails on a regular basis and they always look good. They also do a wonderful job if you want some nail art. read more

Won't go back. The guy wanted to FILE my gel polish off with a very course nail file from my NATURAL nails...without ANY soaking... at all. I walked out. The only reason I gave two stars is the fact my 1st experience wasn't scary. (What anyone would expect) But this place does not seem to be consistent. read more

If you have a choice, I would advise going elsewhere. This place is unprofessional. They advertise they open on Saturday's at 10 AM, but the Saturday I went, the owners didn't even arrive and turn on the lights until 10:15 AM. There were five of us waiting to get in. Then when we were let in, we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to turn everything on. About 20 minutes later the employees arrived. So it was basically 10:45 AM before they were functionally up and running. I had the owner, Van doing my nails and she was grumpy and rude. I left with very sore, raw nails after going in to have my nails done. 5 of my nails have raw skin around them from being hit with the drill. I told her more than once it was hurting but she continued to hit my skin over and over. Before I left I noticed a jagged nail and still had some type of glue on another finger. I asked the receptionist if they could get someone to file, while also telling them my fingers were hurting from being hit with the drill so many times. They asked one guy to file my nail and he said NO so they called the same lady over who did my nails to fix the jagged nail. She was upset at me that I was upset with my experience! She did file off the jagged edge and then tried to FILE the glue from my skin after I have already explained how sore my fingers are from my ordeal, which is when I decided I wouldn't be back to Luxe. I'm so disappointed. The owner was there but said nothing and the two girls at the reception desk took my money and ignored my concerns without as much as an apology. read more
