She put on gloves and would wipe her nose with her gloves hands. I requested she changed her gloves as I have a newborn at home. She did but after that she would forget and start using her hands to wipe her leaking nose. I asked for almond shape and after she does the shape she states that it cost an extra $7 for the shape. (Crazy, I'm a cosmetologist and taught a beauty school in California. It does not take more time or energy to do a almond shape) way to up charge. Not to mention the teenagers running in and out. They always have latex free gloves. This is very important to me; because I am allergic to latex. Every single one of their tubs are filled with the individual bags; which I find much more hygienic than those that just clean the insides with just bleach, because bleach doesn't kill every thing. I've had a solid color and French tip, both gel; because my toenails grow very slow, that this lasts several months on my toes and still look amazing. Overall, between the service, the cleanliness, the kindness that I have always received here, I would come back here, again and again!

My manicure was the most I've ever paid outside of a high end salon and the job was mediocre at best. The structure of the nails were wrong. If you look at photo of the pinky- notice how it dips down in the middle. It was like that to a degree on every nail on my right hand. They were extremely crooked and the painted tips very uneven. I returned the next day for repair and they were very gracious. Unfortunately, the repair was also subpar. They did not replace the gel but ground it down so now they are extremely flat and extremely thin. That means they will not last the 3-4 weeks they're supposed to. When I asked the guy if he was going to rebuild it, he laughed at me and started talking to the lady beside him. She said- "that dip is normal because you have tips on." And I said, "Really? Because it's not like that on the other hand." So, a little rude and just okay. I'm not offended but I'm also not going back.
