Honestly 5 stars is not nearly enough for Aloha Luxe and Tracy! My friends and I were staying in Joshua Tree and had tickets for Stagecoach (1hr 15min away) and were desperate for a safe ride to and from the concert. Tracy met us at our home location early, took pictures for us, gave us the best intel about all things Joshua Tree and got us to the concert with ease! Tracy was so dependable and was very quick to respond via text. She was even flexible enough with her time to pick us up a bit early AND showed up with goody bags for us (fresh baked bread, snack mix and water)!!! Fantastic Service, Great People I needed to get my 98 year-old Mom from Palm Desert to a wedding shower in L.A. at my daugher's (we were at our summer place in Wyoming). What a find! From the outset, April, the owner, could not have been more willing, accommodating and professional. Real customer service in a time when the art is often lost. April is a gem. I gave her a call late one night after I realized that my Uber was most likely not arriving for my 8am airport trip. (I checked uber reviews and 98% of people were stiffed by uber on their morning airport trips in palm dessert). I contacted about 4-5 other shuttle services in the area at about 8:45pm and just before I almost started to completely panic, April was the only one who picked up her phone AND was willing to take us to the airport the next morning. Not only that but she arrived with a smile and hand made freshly baked cookies!!! (We learned that she has another business at the local farmers market where she sells these incredible cookies.) April was down to earth and she really made a point of making sure her car space was friendly, warm and inviting. Forget Uber and call April. Over a month ago I had arranged to have my mother moved from a horrible facility to her home. She required gurney transportation; however, the morning of, her initial transport was cancelled due to Covid. I had just flown in from Texas and did not have any additional family or friends who could assist. I called every option I could find, including Aloha who was still operating but after learning they did not provide non ambulatory services, I was beside myself. I must have sounded terribly defeated because April called me back asking for details on what I needed. At that point I was desperate and my only option was to carefully place my mother in my rental vehicle which would require a great amount of assistance. April and Jon honestly were heaven sent. Jon drove nearly 2 hours into the hi-desert to help us. A few of the nursing staff that had been nice during her stay did help get my mom into the vehicle and provided some instructions on how to get her out. Jon followed us to my mother's and was so careful in helping remove her from the vehicle and getting her into her home which includes getting her up a small flight of steps. He asked if we needed help with anything else, yet even after telling him no, he stayed and helped me get the swamp cooler on. (We don't have those in Texas and I was completely unfamiliar with them.) He didn't leave until he knew we were okay. I had just pulled my mother out of a dire situation and the kindness both he and April showed us will forever be remembered. I didn't know at the time I would have less than 2 months left with my mom and we had experienced so many rude and terrible people. I'm so grateful for the compassion Aloha Transportation showed us, and especially my mother. 10 Stars would be a more accurate in how amazing they are. I hired Aloha Luxe for airport transportation for a business conference I was schedule to attend in Palm Springs, CA from June 10, 2023 to June 14, 2023. The communication with April (the owner) from the process of getting the quote to my final drop off at the airport was outstanding. April is very professional, kind, and accommodating. Tracy was scheduled to pick me up from the airport on arrival on June 10th, and unfortunately, my flight into Palm Springs was delayed three times. I was very tired and frustrated by my flight delays and texted Tracy multiple times to apologize and let her know I was delayed. Tracy was calm, very reassuring, and told me that no matter how late - she would be there to pick me up when my flight landed. It was such a pleasure to know that my transportation to my hotel was the one thing I didn't have to worry about that late evening. Tracy picked me up, had snacks and water for me in her car, and gave me a little bit of interesting info on the area on our drive to my hotel. April picked me up from my hotel for my departure. Very prompt, friendly, and again had snacks and water in her van - all set for me to enjoy on my ride to the airport. I enjoyed hearing the history of her business and her lovely and interesting story about her life and the building of her business in the beautiful Palm Springs area. In conversation, April mentioned that their driving services can be reserved for special trips in the area - reserving transportation to tour the area for the day. If my trip wasn't all business, I would have loved to spend a day sightseeing with them. She was super. April arrived on-time to get us to the airport. She helped with the bags! She has a nice van that was very accommodating for 2 of us 2 kenneled dogs, 2 carry on bags and 4 Large bags for checking!! One of the large bags was a set of Golf clubs! For pick up at the airport after our trip her associate Jon picked us up in a very accommodating Infinity cross-over! He was so patient and had to circle the airport for a while because my husbands golf clubs didn't arrive with our luggage so forms had to be filled out!
