I specifically asked for regular polish, not gel, and my nails were done with regular polish. When I questioned the charge, they offered to redo them with gel instead of correcting the bill. Before I even left the salon, my polish smudged. Instead of removing the polish from that nail and repainting it properly, they simply patched the damaged spot. Now it looks like a chunk of polish is missing. My daughter's pedicure was also overcharged compared to the prices advertised on their website. During her pedicure, the technician hurt her multiple times while trimming her nails, and one toenail was cut so short that it's already digging into her skin and will likely become an ingrown toenail. I even left a tip before realizing I had been charged for a service I never requested or received. When I brought it to their attention, they offered to redo my nails with gel instead of correcting the charge, and they never offered a refund. Save your money and go somewhere else. We will never be back.
