If his technical abilities at pool installation and repairs are as reckless and unsafe as his driving ability (or lack of it) why should I ever trust him or his company on my property. Fast forward to today. Phillips service guy came out, cleaned the fire box, made flame adjustments and completely rebuilt the inner works from the ground up. It was not venting properly, the ash pieces weren't staged properly and the logs weren't in their assigned position. It now runs as it was designed to do. The glass is spotless! No more black smoke.
