Business built on deception and lies…read more I came in asking for a quote to fix damages. He quoted me for $1700 to fix the damages without replacing anything. I consult with family on whether to have the dealership fix and replace the damages to 100% or let JNT do it since everything will be covered by insurance. I decided to call Mitchell and inform him that I would be choosing to let the dealership handle the repairs. Mitchell assured me that he can do exactly what the dealership does, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I'd rather help small businesses. This was during the pandemic when small businesses were hurting as well. Knowing what I know now, I would have opted to not choose his services because they are a SCAM. The complete date was set for a Tuesday two weeks out, the car was not finished until Thursday of that same week (two days after the original complete date), which is no big deal. I showed up to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that it was kind of dirty, even after I waited for his team to wash, so I went to the car wash right after. I noticed the car was still dirty even after the car wash. Upon further inspection, I realize that the entire car is covered in overspray. I'm confused about what he was painting since he told me he was going to replace the damaged part just as the dealership would have. I also noticed that one of the rims that was on the quote to be refinished was also not done. I return to him and explain what I've found. He took off the wheel and sent it to be refinished. Even though he had the truck for two weeks. I begin to notice the contours on the "fixed" side didn't match the contours on the undamaged side- which sparked more interest in what was going on. I asked him about it. His explanation was that the part came from the factory unpainted, so he had to paint it himself. I gave Michael multiple opportunities to come forth and be transparent with me just as I was transparent with him. I have audio recording of him admitting that he lied to me, he even offered to redo all of the work. Except, how do you trust someone after they've lied to you? Also, while my car was at his shop, my passenger front door showed signs of someone trying to pry themselves in (top of the door was bent outward). I dropped off my vehicle for him to remove the overspray. The buff job done to my vehicle to remove overspray is extremely subpar. There was so much damage to my top coat, I could see the swirl marks of where he went over with the buffer (entire truck). Also, the top of my vehicle still has overspray. After the poorly done overspray removal, I noticed that the part he "replaced" was a different shade of black compared to the rest of the vehicle was. If he would have charged me for the original quote of $1700 for the work he did, I would not be upset, but he charged me for the whole insurance check of $2800. He offered to give me $50 (which he never did), but $50 for what? I am extremely upset with this business and it's almost been over a year since I've dealt with this business and I am still livid at the way they operate. I have pictures to support my claims, as well as audio recording of our in person conversation of me confronting him about the repairs and his admittance to lying to me. Please refrain from giving these people your business. I've read the other reviews on here as well as Google and the good reviews are from all women. Not to come off as misogynistic, but we all know how predatory places like these can be towards women. Tried to help this man and his business from the good of my heart and ended up getting burnt. I will never return again, hopefully my review will save someone time, money, and mental stress.

You can no longer tell that my car was involved in any collision and he did it at half the price and five times the speed as anywhere else I looked at. Not only that but he was the only person that was willing to give me estimates over the phone by sending him pictures rather than have to take my car in. He was willing to fix things that most places would have just replaced and that saves a lot of money. This is a family run business and they're willing to work with you and they don't have the overhead of some of those larger companies that have a large office staff. I don't need that and I don't need to pay for those things. The owner is incredibly skilled learned it as a family trade. He understands what you're going through when you get in a wreck and that you don't want to deal with all the hassle, he just fixes it. And he does it fast. I droped the car off first thing in the morning and it was done by 3 o'clock. I don't think the other guys could've even got parts in that amount of time. This guy knows his stuff, has amazing skills, and offers very fair pricing.

October 24th you picked my car up with me explaining the circumstances as well as one could do. I explained everything as detailed as I could. Not once did you mention that you had customers lined up and it would be over 2 weeks out. I showed you the engine when you picked up payment and also explained I am waiting on a transmission and I would need it back quickly. I was quoted a week. I left you alone and let you work. I followed back up based off what you said, and you explained you need it longer and you had others in front of me as well as working another job. This was explained after you had my car at your location I have a shop that can back me up on this and explain that this car was not heavily rusted at all. The only thing that we needed to paint was the engine bay nothing more. I tried to stay in contact with you along the way because I explained I needed to get this engine installed so that if there is a problem, it's under warranty and it does not expire. This job lasted 2 weeks and the towing was supposed to be included. You never told me that you did not have a trailer to haul vehicles. I did not find this out until the day of when you said it was supposed to be complete that you could not get a trailer. Then, you rushed with my car, don't worry I'll post the pictures of the engine bay and the communication that we had via text. The way that you treated me was unfair and completely unprofessional and I am so embarrassed that I gave you any work. I hope this gives warning to anyone that reads this. They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. We specifically asked for it to be done fast but did not care about the paint matching - it still looks great with the match they gave us - my husband loves the multi-color. For the process we did an estimate via text with pictures and then sent the 18 year old with the car to get the final quote. Let me tell you how great this place is, really. Not only did they not take advantage of the 18 year old, James walked him through the additional damage he saw when taking off the bumper, gave options, updated the quote and then got my sign off. Not all body shops are good about being honest regardless of the age or gender of the person needing work. We live in Alpharetta and still took the car to Duluth because of James' service and care. If we need any additional work in the future will we be returning. And our friends who have seen the fixed car love how they were able to honor our request that the paint didn't need to match with colors that look good and we get compliments on.
