Kelli Rose did a fantastic job on my brows. I have virgin skin - not a single tattoo - and contemplated for years if I was ready to commit to microbladed brows (it last a year, y'all). So glad I did my research and went with Kelli Rose. Kelli provided all kinds of information pre-appointment and managed my expectations for post-care. Before she got started, she discussed brow shapes and sizes with me, and she gave me suggestions based on my natural brow shape. The process itself was pain-free, and the aftercare was easy. And now my mom is interested in the procedure. My sisters and I are 'gifting' it to her for Mother's Day. read more

I got my eyebrows retouched with microblading today by Kelli at Rose Brow Lounge and they're everything that I ever wanted!!! I first got my eyebrows microbladed by Kelli in early 2018 and immediately loved them. The shape perfectly complements my face and the way Kelli applies the strokes are so natural that you almost cannot tell what is a real brow hair and what is the semi-permanent makeup. It's one less thing to worry about when I get ready in the morning and I continuously received compliments on them even 2.5 years later. In 2020, everyone is walking around with 2/3 of their faces hidden behind masks. I'm extremely pleased to know that the 1/3 of my face that is showing is will always look amazing because I went to Kelli. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Kelli did such a beautiful job on my brows! From start to finish she was very clear about the microblading process. She managed my expectations about which brow would look best for my face and made me feel comfortable with the shape before we started. Her work space is beautiful and clean. She was happy to have a conversation while she works or you can relax and listen to a podcast. She went over the aftercare with me thoroughly to ensure my brows got the best outcome after the healing process. I get SO many compliments on my brows! I 100% recommend Rose Brow Lounge for your microblading and plan on using her in the years to come. read more

If I could give her more stars I would! I looked around and did a bunch of research when I decided to get my microblading done and let me tell you there are tons of places that offer this service. But when actually looking at her pictures of the before and after photos I knew Rose Brow Lounge was my choice. The process was easy and I am in love with my eye brows. I drove across town rather than going to the places close to where I live in order to get the perfect brows! This was the best decision ever!!! Not 1 regret and I love the way they look! Cannot say enough great things about Rose Brow Lounge!! After a lot of research for microshading, I booked an appointment with Kelli and couldn't be happier with how my brows turned out. Kelli is incredibly talented. She made the process so easy. I requested a natural look - she completely nailed it. I received detailed instructions for the healing process, too, which I appreciated. Let me start off with that I LOVE my new brows. I have patchy eyebrows that I have to color in every day. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. I LOVE that Kelli took her time. She was precise with drawing the out line of my brows and made sure i loved the arch 100%. She made sure I was comfortable, no discomfort and explained everything wonderfully. Kelli really listened to what I wanted and was patient with me. She was very professional and her place is over the top beautiful and peaceful. I am so happy with the results. A strong recommendation for anyone considering cosmetic tattooing or brow procedures is to ask to see the work as it is being performed. Lying through the process without a mirror or active visibility leaves too much room for misalignment, especially when waivers limit recourse. Quality and technique matter immensely for something so prominent and long-lasting on your face. Thoroughly research licensed, certified professionals, review their portfolios carefully, and clearly show your desired brow shape beforehand. This is your face at the end of the day. Approach the decision with the same seriousness. Also, advertising claim for February, you receive a $50 credit, which I never received! $50 deposit +$525= $575 for a mistake that I'm now paying to get removed. Don't be fooled by old photos. Called...no answer. Waited a while, called again....no answer. Called 3 more times...no answer. Called Clinique who is in the space next to them to see if they could see anyone at the Benefit Brow Bar. She said it was just the aesthetician and no one else, so the Clinique rep took my name and number down and said they'd deliver it to the esthetician. They never called. I had to go to the Galleria anyway, so I went ahead and walked over there and no one was there. A representative from Clarins asked if she could help me and I said I was wanting my eyebrows waxed. She said that the esthetician walked away 20 minutes before we arrived and had no idea why she wasn't there. She also took my name and number down to give it to the Benefit person when she came back. (She even commented on how unacceptable the situation was). So my husband and I went to get cash for a tip (since you cannot write in a tip on the receipt, which is really annoying) came back 10 min later, still NO ONE was there. So we waited for another 20 minutes. NO ONE showed up. My daughter was hungry so we went to grab something to eat, came back and the esthetician was packing up all of the waxing material. I asked if she could spare 10 min and she said "sorry I am closing." I just found out her name is Dominique. It was 7 o'clock on the dot at this point. I told her that I had been there several times, called, had messages delivered for a call back, and waited 20 minutes, all she could say was "I put everything away." (Add all of that up time up, her "lunch break" was well over 30 minutes) and then she immediately comes back from "lunch" and packs everything away before 7? Right. Not to mention, why was there only one person working there on a SATURDAY? I probably would not care about any of this, BUT this is the SECOND time I have been turned away here. The first time they turned me away at 6:45, 15 minutes before they supposedly stop waxing. And all of the materials were out and ready to go, they just couldn't be bothered and would rather have talked to one another than do their job. These two experiences are a damn shame because there are two estheticians who are wonderful and sweet, they would have taken me, especially if they knew I had waited for over 20 min with my husband and baby. They also do a great job with eyebrows. I'm not going back. In fact, I plan on calling tomorrow, complaining, finding out the name of the aesthetician, and calling Benefit's corporate office to complain.

Firstly, no one acknowledges you are standing there, you have to just start talking. After telling them I was there for my appt, the girl who booked it for me a few days before has the nerve to ask, "Did no one tell you about the 5 minute late policy?" Duh you didn't tell me about it or else I would've risked a ticket parking in a handicap spot just to get these eyebrows done. They (Rhonda) refused to see me and were not at all apologetic about it nor did they attempt to reschedule. Rude. I now hate this place. Now I have to search for another establishment to tame these brows.

The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.

The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. Eyebrows are everything. They are the frame to your face. I am a "senior" lady (60 years old) and had my eyebrows micro bladed several years ago. To say that it was a horrific experience would not give it justice. The woman who did it went so deep it looked like a murder scene! fast forward several years...the color of the original work was awful. It looked very reddish and the shape was fair. Rose Brow lounge is close to my house so I researched Kelli in the event I would be spending lots of time there! after a brief consultation, Kelli assured me my eyebrows could be fixed and look beautiful again. She is an absolute miracle worker!!! They are so beautiful. I get asked all the time about who did them. I highly recommend Rose Brow Lounge. I was skeptical of micro blading for a long time but am so glad I got it done. I naturally have smaller eyebrows and as a brunette, my eyebrows are naturally pretty light. Kelli did an amazing job - she worked with me to pick the right shade and shape. She spent time measuring my face to make sure the shape was right for me. Cost: I had to buy a new eyebrow pencil about every two months which adds up. The cost for this was worth it to me. Pain: As for pain, it was minimal. Kelli was great about making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Convenience: It has saved me time in the mornings and one less thing to think about while getting ready. Final verdict: I'm so happy with the final product. I've since been back and had them touched up, which is always recommended! They look great - I highly recommend Kelli! read more

I stumbled upon Kelli with Rose Brow Lounge on Instagram and dreamed of having beautiful eyebrows like her other clients. I decided to give myself the gift of gorgeous brows for Christmas and just had my eyebrows done two days ago. Kelli was so easy with book with, has a beautiful spa location, listened to me as far as the final look I was hoping to achieve, took her time drawing out my brows, and made the whole microblading experience very enjoyable. They are healing quite nicely and I look forward to going back in 6 weeks for my touch up. Having them done everyday without having to touch them is AMAZING, and I wish I had gotten them done sooner! I absolutely love Kelli & Rose Brow Lounge. I had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. It was easy to book and I was able to get an appointment the same week. I was impressed with the salon space and I was very relaxed during the microblading session despite the fact that the procedure itself was pretty uncomfortable. When I told my boyfriend I was going to get my eyebrows temp tattooed he was worried I was going to have fluffy caterpillars. Luckily, they came out amazing and look like natural, gorgeous brows.
