First review I've ever written I kept going back to give them a chance, but honestly the worst nails I've gotten, I went in for a fill and gel and this is what I got. I asked to change the shape and was even willing to pay the 5$ extra, was told immediately NO that my nails were to short, when they were in fact not too short, I got home and took everything off, eventually did them myself (almond shape) should've done that since the beginning instead of spending 55$ for this. read more

Everyone there seemed pretty nice. Didn't really like the person sleeping in the middle of the nail salon. They should've gone into one of the rooms. The room they had me in for a foot massage was nice and cozy, with dim lights a little bit of music. The massage was just ok. Good pressure but some of the strokes were too quick and fast moving vs a nice slow massage. I'll probably look for an alternative next time. read more

Went in to get my current acrylics taken off and get a new set. Instead of soaking them in acetone, they proceeded to drill one layer off, ripping my finger open, and then ripping each individual nail off of my nail bed until I was nearly in tears while her coworkers laughed at me cursing under my breath from the pain. I kept saying it was wrong and the woman kept blaming me for "leaving my nails on so long or she wouldn't have to do this" even though it was a brand new set, I just don't like to keep filling. They then proceeded to give me a crooked, not even the same size on each nail set and charged me 70.00 for it and tried to give me a free OPI cuticle oil for consolation that you can get for 2.00. Absolutely recommend this place! My husband had a massage and said it was fabulous, my oldest had a sale with gel polish and it came out spectacular and my youngest and I had pedicures. I had the mangoes she had the lavender. They were both great as well. Looking forward to coming back. They also have a good parking and the atmosphere is very day spa ash. Beautuful salon. Very clean , even use new pumice and emery board for each client They even have a bar with wine and soda. I was there during the day , but I assume it is available to clients . Decided to try this salon after reading the bad reviews for the nail salons at the mall. I walked in, they took me right away, the place is beautiful and had peaceful music playing, had Kate do my toes, she bought them back to life! Really happy with my whole experience , I had my husband with me and he was allowed to sit in the massage chair next to me, and we both had complementary champagne! They also provide other free drinks like tea, water, wine, etc. it was a a little pricey compared to other salons, but sis treat yourself! I got a ten minutes massage including hot stone massage with my pedicure. Paid $120 for gel French tip toes, and healthy nail pink and white. I'd like to come back for a massage or facial. read more

I thought this place would be amazing, the decor was really nice but the service wasn't. I got the basic pedicure which was $48 the scrub wasn't much of a massage scrub. The real massage itself wasn't very good. Then when I get to the register my total was $64 because I guess gel is $15 more. My first yelp review ever, I'm sorry but I am ticked!! Went for the first time this morning and I will not be going back! There was no luxury to my pedicure this morning and for some strange reason my toenails were still not dry 4 + hours later and I just smudged them terribly by laying out on the lounge chair on my stomach!! (Picture of the smudged polish and unpainted area of my toes) This girl did not scuff my heels hardly at all, didn't paint to the cuticle and I am totally baffled that the polish was not dry that much later in the day!?! I used to get decent service once I became a repeat customer they could care less...Watched tech botch manicure had him come to do mine and cut mine entirely to low, this was the second time. I have also gotten below par pedicures.... but what has been the bottom line is that I use them for their lash services and they wont let you come during normal hours they request you come later in the day because they are busy and they cant have tech in the back. I had them done on Friday they fell out Wednesday and I had function on the following Thursday I called Thursday Morning asking to get repaired he said no I too busy come tomorrow. I explained it was urgent so sorry, I said you really are going to allow a repeat customer who has paid you for a service to go elsewhere he said oh well if you have to , I am busy. All the signs were on stating that they were still open. I just needed a simple service nothing extensive, and they just said that well there's no customers and everyone is tried. Went to get pedicures with a friend. Had an appointment. Waited 25 minutes to get in a chair and then another 10 for one person to start only on me. Finally the receptionist started on my friends pedicure. We asked for a more expensive pedicure and and it was not done. Barely a scrub and massage, no hot towels or anything a regular pedicure comes with let alone a more expensive spa pedicure. The receptionist didn't charge us for the more expensive pedicure but we really wanted to sit down and relax for an hour and get a really nice pedicure.... did not happen. My tech also cut the crap out of my nails, they're short and even one is looking infected due to how short and close to the skin she got. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

I walked around to ask if I needed to do anything else and was told to choose a color and that no one heard me come in. I chose a color and then stood waiting for directions on where to sit. I roadtripped down for my birthday and was in search for a good spa to come back to on my travels. Great spa! I had a wonderful massage and mani and pedicure. Sophia my massage therapist at the salon. It was clean the room was relaxing with the lights dimmed and soft music in the back ground. Sophia was professional, she communicated well with the pressure and also walked me through breathing through a couple of my triggers spots. She was amazing, I don't normal try out new therapist but after my long drive I gave it a shot! I'm so happy I did I wil My mani and pedi were done by other techs I can't remember all of them but they were each very nice and detailed and befor I left I beleive her name was Tiffany she helped with finding fun designs and so was sweet and gifted me earrings for my birthday befor I left. My daughter & I decided to give Luxury a try last night. We're typically Metro girls. But the last couple times I was at Metro I didn't have a great experience. I'm not picky but if I'm spending that kind of $ at a place, at least be friendly to me and smile on occasion. Luxury was just that. I know they're new and trying to give the best impression. But I noticed that they all have light hearted attitudes, not uptight especially towards each other. They laughed and smiled with each other, were very pleasant to my daughter & I. Super clean place. They did a very thorough job, offered us a beverage, AND THEY GIVE YOU A NECK MASSAGE AFTERWARDS!!! At first I loved this place and the workers were so kind and do very good work so absolutely no complaints about the staff. I went there many times, took my mom many times and even brought my friends a couple of times. But the owner was most of the time rude and just not the most friendly. My mom went alone the other day and she was so upset at how horrible he treated her, he got half way through her nails and got mad at her for going somewhere else to get a fill when she was out of town to where he told her he didn't have time for her and she had to come back later. Purchased a couples Groupon massage for me snd my sister. Happened to break a nail the night before so I did try nail services as well. First of all mix up I purchased Groupon and I asked for extra 30 body and said 20$ each extra but instead of doing the combo plus extra thirty mins he just didn't do the foot rub and gave us and hour body even though we asked for it to be extra and he said 20$ before hand. The message was mediocre at best. The mail services were not what I wanted and the guy who did them seemed so busy with everything else tht he just didn't do a good job. My regular nail tech charges less and does much better quality of work. Overall the services for the prices was just not worth it! I'd never go back nor would I recommend this place. The first issue I had was that the person that was doing my nails had trouble taking off the nails I already had to the point where he had to have someone else come and finish taking them off.
