This was my first time at this salon. I decided to give it a try since most of the reviews on here were good. I had made an appt. for a regular mani/pedi. An older gentleman that goes by "T" took care of me. He did a nice job, but his massage on the legs was just rubbing. He did massage one hand and forgot the other, oops! They throw in a sugar scrub on the calves as well as hot stones and of course the hot steamed towels. This is included for a regular pedicure. He almost left my right foot with just one coat of polish. I had to remind him to double coat that one. It was a Monday, so maybe not a good day to go there? There was only one other client in there while I was there and there were 3 technicians - a lady, "T" and I guess the owner (who did nothing but play with his phone). The positives? It's a beautiful shop, nicely decorated with 5 nail technician stations and 6 pedicure chairs and the chairs look brand new. They have the most extensive selection of nail polishes (gel and regular) I have ever seen that covered 3 walls. They seem to have a room to do waxing in and a bathroom. There's a fancy hot towel steam machine too. The downsides? The place is kind of cluttered and needs to be better organized to appreciate the beauty of the interior. Cold water to soak my fingers in (I'm used to most places using warm). I have been used to Chinese technicians and these folks were Vietnamese and not much into massaging. They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays (days I typically like to go). After I was all done, then T tried to sell me his reflexology services which I declined. He gave me a sample rub and it felt like the regular massages I got by the Chinese techicians. Then he became a "chatty Kathy" and wanted to talk about real younger girls marrying older men. I thought it was kind of an odd topic to discuss with a new client, especially one who is a Senior. Oh well... I don't think they get a lot of foot traffic in there because it's in an office complex that sets way back from the main highway. I paid $45 for my combo as ALL the prices in our area have shot up since the pandemic. read more

Just rude. Came in at 2 on a Sunday and they said they were booked for the day... No hello, no effort to make another appointment. Nothing.

Normally they prefer phone appointments but they took me as a walk in today. I like that they still do a temperature check have you wear a mask and have you wash your hands before they start to work on you. Denny did a great job from a photo I brought in. Terrible! I got a fill in on a full set of gel acrylic and all the polish started chipping away within a week. My acrylic usually lasts a month with no chipping. They are definitely scamming people and using knock off nail polish here! read more

I love Jenny and Howie we have been using them for three years now. I love that I can make an appointment and that my mom and I are taken care of right away and we do not have to wait for the walk-ins to be taken first. Jenny does the best massages on the legs I ever had and even my mom who has neuropathy in her feet from diabetes says she makes them feel better for days after she sees Jenny. Howie is a delight to talk to and once he gets to know you he always asks about things you like to do such as going fishing. It is a great place to go sit back and relax and get your manicure and pedicure I highly recommend the dip nails so many colors and they have the match toe colors to go with it. read more

Very clean salon and great customer service! I wanted to give this new place a try and was very glad I did. One of the techs was talking to me while I was getting a pedicure that they have these new spa chairs with disposable jets to help prevent foot infections! I don't get pedicures often but every once in a while I would need one. Usually I am a little nervous going into salons because they are usually really dirty and I don't want to get any infections but this salon is really clean. The massage feels really nice on the chair and I was able to relax when getting my pedicure done. What's also great is that, since I am a guy, usually when they scrub my feet, I would feel bad and hold up my leg for them but this salon has these soft and cushioned footrest and I was able to rest my leg on there while getting my feet scrubbed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very clean and professional salon. read more

Went here for the first time a few years ago because it's close to my house. Got a full set of acrylic nails put on. Every single one had fallen off within a week, no exaggeration. I think the girl was new but she definitely didn't prime my nails right. You couldn't even tell that I had nails put on at all. They all literally popped off as if they were press on nails. Decided to give them another shot as it's been years. I had called earlier and asked if they were open, they said they were. I ended up coming in about two hours later and there was one employee in there and one customer. She asked me what I needed done I told her I needed a full set. She said she was booked for the rest of the day which irritated me because why wouldn't someone tell me that over the phone. I said OK can I make an appointment for tomorrow? She gave me a card and told me to call back because the receptionist wasn't there. No thank you I'll take my business elsewhere if you can't take two minutes out of your time to check a schedule. read more

I was looking for a place as we were here on vacation. I was impressed! Don't be fooled by the exterior which looks rundown, the magic they do behind those doors is amazing! I will return for sure the next time we come for vacation. Our first time here was before Christmas and they were busy, but professional. I could tell they had a lot of regulars because they knew all their customers names. My mom said she had an amazing pedicure, she loved her nails and my mom is picky. My little girls nails were amazing and the manicurist somehow fit a snowman on my 7 year olds small nail. Amazing! I normally get shellac at home, I am not sure if they did shellac or healthy nails, but I will say my nails are amazing after removing the polish. I don't have any damage to my nails. I love that they're open later than most on Sunday's. That's how I stumbled upon this great salon. I just moved to PSL and have been looking for a permanent place. I've tried several. Each had their own pluses, but none had everything I'm looking for. I need the whole package. Good massage, not rushing and good attention to One ingrown nail that I have. Found that at PSL Pro. I had Jenny my first time and have gone to her ever since. She's attentive, sweet, listens to my needs and always makes sure I'm happy with everything. Salon is very clean, modern with state of the art equipment. The people are nice. They offer you bottled water and use plastic lining in basin for each person's pedicure. Quite sanitary. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they offer a nail system which is called healthy nails. It is an alternative to gel or acrylics and is supposed to let your nails breathe. You dip your nails in powder and they paint some kind of clear setting stuff over them. The process is repeated several times. The problems are that my nails ended up destroyed just as if I had used acrylics. It was only after a few times. The other problem is that when I researched the system online, I read over and over that it is unsanitary to dip into the powder jar itself as it can spread bacteria or fungus from person to person. They are supposed to pour a little powder out for each person. When I told them this it fell on deaf ears. Hence I had them remove the product and I discovered my nails were like paper.
