I started with Grace not too long ago. And loved my experience with her up until now. Grace was quite professional and skilled. It was clear she loved what she is doing and quite good at it. I scheduled an appointment at my last visit with Grace, but had to reschedule it a few times but every time I rescheduled it, I rescheduled it through her app but always with Grace (the owner). It is my face, I am and was nervous! Well when I went for my visit on 3/31, upon arrival, she said her employee was going to take care of me because she had to run errands. I was so surprised by this! I ASKED IN THAT MOMENT, ARE YOU SURE? I even showed her some of the maskne I had, and if she thought I should continue. And she said yes, it will be fine and may even help. The esthetician was nice but quiet. It was clear that she was new to this in her technique, and I even asked when she got out of school and she said February. I had this exact service done by Grace multiple times with really no issues. 1-2 scratches but nothing like this and an understood risk that it could happen. But I unfortunately have an excessive amount of marks/scratches on both sides of my face. This was very clearly due to lack of training. Grace only went over my face twice, the technician who did this service, went over some areas 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After treatment was done, technician did not apply spf and lip balm like Grace typically does. When I contacted Grace, it was clear there was no action plan which is disappointing and unsafe. After we got off the phone, she contacted me with a few, very basic instructions -- avoid exfoliants, and use spf. She said if it scars, she would give me something for it. I have had to rearrange a meeting and a date because my face looks and feels awful. SO DISAPPOINTED. read more

After waiting outside for a few minutes, a young lady let me in ( Did not introduce herself). She took me back immediately to the treatment room. The overall experience was not great. The room was cold, no music was playing, and no bolster was offered for my feet. I'm glad no extractions were done. This place is amazing! I was looking for a place to try the foot detox and after researching other businesses, I chose Neema's and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted from the start with a warm welcome from Grace (I definitely recommend her) and even though I was early, she started my treatment. Before we started, she made sure to explain the benefits of the treatment and give other information about it. She made sure to respect social distancing and provided lots of hand sanitizer. Throughout the entire session, she made sure I was comfortable, offering water and making sure the water temperature was comfortable. I live in an east Dallas suburb, so Irving was a trek, but now they've moved to their new North Dallas location, I expect I'll go much more often! It was at least a year between my last two visits, and somehow Gracie managed to remember me, which means a lot these days. I don't have them measure for inch loss because I don't particularly care. Very clean, relaxing and the staff was so, so sweet. I lost inches (yay!) This was my first body wrap experience. Body wraps may not be my thing; I think I'd rather pay for a massage. But, if you love body wraps or are wanting to experience them for the first time, then I would recommend this place! Bring extra panties and a bra as yours will be dripping wet once you're finished. For those of you new to the body wrap scene, expect to strip down to your undies and be mummified in cold, wet bandages from the neck down (I opted out of wrapping my chest because I really can't afford to lose any inches there without looking concave). Then you will put on plastic pants and a jacket before walking into a dark room, laying on the bed and being covered with a plastic, insulated blanket that will continue to heat up during your session. Grace, the owner is wonderful. Went for first time a few weeks ago to get an ionic footbath to detox my body, specially for me the kidney area, and discovered the body wraps and other beauty options. Also ended up with a leg wax. Went back a few days later to do the body wrap and I must say, I lost 1-2 inches in all areas of my body. The wraps detox the body. I haven't completed all my sessions yet, but I really love the experience/place. I used a groupon and so far have used two body wrap sessions. I did the body wraps, because my boyfriend was coming back to see me and I wanted to look my best. The place is very small and in an office building. You have to have a code to get in. Gracie texted me the code beforehand and told me exactly where they were. This place is not a spa. It was okay...just different from what I was expecting. The room you are placed in is cozy and has a peaceful quiet mood. I was relaxed. Gracie, the wrap tech, is chatty and has so much personality. She is the sweetest girl you will ever meet and helps you through the entire process. One pro and one con: She takes care of you and will stretch the hours to fit you in an appointment slot and I was so grateful for it, since I had to reschedule and come in a late hour! The con is she has many clients coming in and out the same time and she has to juggle..that can leave you waiting for the next step in the body wrap (for me I didn't mind, because you get your full session...just a note for others). After the body wrap, my skin was softer and all around my body tighter. Unfortunately, since I already eat healthy and am a size 2/4...there isn't a drastic difference...but all around I felt like this helped my skin feel firm and tight. The body wraps do not help you to lose weight, but expel toxins and soak up minerals and help skin, etc. You sign a waiver for this before you start the session. Read the website about extra notes like bringing in a extra change of clothes and going to the restroom before you enter. Gracie is a peach to deal with, you can't find anyone with a better sense of customer service. I lost a total of 11 inches on my first visit, and I have two left. My target areas are the areas I saw the greatest difference. As for the environment, I'm a guy so I don't get caught up in the fluffy stuff that a spa should or shouldn't have, Gracie's service is what makes the environment stand out. The process was easy and comfortable, I did get a bit warm during the session, but again Gracie was there to the rescue.
