The nail tech gave me some tips on how to manage cracked feet as mine can get very unbearable in the summer months/heat. She did a great job with my nails as they are a bit ratchet and I've always had issues with them playing sports. I would recommend! I did pay $52 + a $10 tip for this experience which I do think is on the higher side. I got gel so that could be part of it!

When the front desk clerk walked by I asked her if anyone was going to start my pedicure. I waited some more and then got up and left when nobody came to service me. I went back into the nail salon today after having my nails filled on Monday (French tip like I've…read morebeen doing for years) with dawn , I noticed last night that the dip acrylic(she said she did this application to avoid lifting) that she placed glows in the dark. My nails have gel on top of it which I've been getting gel for the last 6+ years now and never had an issue with it. I explained to her that I didn't ask for glow in the dark nor did I ever want that and if she could fix it, she then stated that she never applied that even though I showed her a picture of what was going on she stated that it must be from the light which isn't the case because I didn't put a light against my nails all day and when I noticed it was a subtle glow and then I told my husband "you know am I seeing something or not" and he said "your nails are glowing" so then that's when he took a flashlight and placed it against my nail for a few seconds and it was glowing immensely. I then told her you know can we at least put a color over it so it's not showing at the top and then go from there and she then stated that I would have to come back later that afternoon because she had an appointment which I understood and or someone else can do it, but they would have to charge me and if she did it, she wouldn't charge me, but I'd have to see her. So after this bad experience, I honestly don't think I'll be coming back and that's unfortunate because I've been going there for two years now and I really like the work and everyone's very nice there but it's just a lack of accountability and just making things right . I don't want glow in the dark acrylic on my nails. Even if she did it at half the price to change the acrylic I wouldn't have mine to pay, but it wasn't even an option. In all these years of getting my nails done I have never had glowing nails even when I get French tips done that's never happened even when I have always had gel polish applied on top not once have they glowed like this.

this place is awesome. i was on vacation 2 weeks ago down in the fort meyers area. i really wanted…read moreto get my nails done but not being from the area i didn't want to gamble by just choosing a nail spa at random. i was wise enough to ask the hotel concierge linda, where she got her nails done. i had noticed since the day that i checked in that she had the most beautiful nails. i figured that she would be the best one to ask. linda recommended adore nails to me and promised that i would be delighted with their work. the harbor plaza, where they are located, was only a couple of miles from the hotel. i was beyond thrilled when i called and learned that i could get a sunday appointment. we all know how difficult it can be to find a nail shop that is even open on sundays. when i arrived there sunday afternoon, i was greeted by very kind, warm and respectful staff. i noticed straight away that the entire spa was as clean as an operating room in a hospital. you can definitly tell that having a sanitary and sterile environment is very inportant to the management here. upon looking at the extensive menu, i opted for the dip powder manicure. it started with a nice soak. then the gentlest cuticle work i have ever had. they do not rush here like i have seen elsewhere sometimes. the nail shaping was very, very precise. once again, perfection is very important to the techs here. the dip powder treatment itself was very interesting. they use a 3 - step system to accomplish this. the result here is extremley durable and also looks great. this is way better than dealing with acrylic nails and the related health dangers. in fact, they specifically will not offer acrylics due to the health concerns. the last step was a clear gel being applied over the nails. the final results were basically astonishing as i had never had any shop back in massachusetts give me a manicure with this high level of quality. in total i paid only $60 for this top- notch experience. of course i felt obliged to also tip another $40 since this was the best manicure in my lifetime. i will say, i certainly felt like some kind of a movie star walking out their door with my gorgeous new nails. i just wish that i wouldn't have to fly over 1,000 miles to keep my nails looking this wonderful in the future. next time i am down in fort meyers, a visit to adore nails will be my first stop.
