I would never come back to this place again the people keep non stop inaccuracies on my nails and are rough on my feet

I have been coming here for a while and they always do a fantastic job... Today I paid for my nails and tipped ... I left and was in my car when the nail tech l. Came outside to tell me that I had another $20 stuck to my payment ... i am reminded that people are innately good.. This establishment is racist! I arrived. There was 1 person being serviced in the entire salon. Four technicians sat around talking. I was seated and soon after a white lady arrived, she was seated and immediately her pedicure service started. She didn't have an appointment. I sat waiting for a while. When the front desk clerk walked by I asked her if anyone was going to start my pedicure. I waited some more and then got up and left when nobody came to service me. As I was leaving, a male technician said thanks for coming mockingly. No one should experience this especially in 2024! I would NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone! read more

My 4 year old got a manicure and pedicure. They massaged her feet and applied lotion. She was so happy and it was only 20 bucks!!! Well worth the memories!!!! Great place for kiddos read more

I took my wife in for a manicure and pedicure and two of the Vietnamese women at the front desk quoted her $68.00 ($28.00 for pedicure and $40.00 for the manicure dip polish) Upon completion I paid and was told it was now $80.00 total and they lied and said my wife upgraded her pedicure which is a total lie! I sat there the entire time and she told them (3) times she wanted a basic pedicure. We called back for the manager and they gave us the run around and kept saying 80 dolla, 80 dolla. The entire salon is a scam and they lie. Do not patronize this place unless you want to be overcharged as well. I plan to dispute the entire purchase on my credit card! Fraud..... read more

Had 6 fingers bleeding by the time I left, had to move chairs 3 times and was seen by 4 different people. All nails are uneven, tip was automatically added didn't get asked. Took 4 hours! Student discount was not given as promised. read more

I really can't believe the answer of Loin, the manager. I had a regular manicure and she said she knew I would come back cause that manicure wouldn't last, that I should have a gel or deep (which are more expensive). Exactly what she said ... $20 dollar manicure and it didn't last a single day! I talked to her and told her if I had a business the customer would come first and I would do whatever it took to retain my customers. Obviously she doesn't care and she doesn't care about her employees cause Evelyn, Liani and Niuris are sooo goood but having her as a filter is not good for the place. I called to ask if they do silk nail repairs. The woman said yes, so I made an appointment. When I walked in I said "hi, I'm here for the silk wrap repair". She sent me over to a woman who removed my gel polish and was about to repair my nail with powder. I asked her about the silk wrap and she had to ask the manager (who I had spoken with on the phone and when I entered). She said "no one does silk wraps" and the gentleman behind her said "that's only done in New Jersey, everyone in Florida does powder repairs". So I tipped the woman for removing my polish (in a bowl of polish remover, no foil and cotton here), and walked out the door. Please don't lie to your customers! read more

I never write bad reviews but I truly feel upset today with the service I received. The manager is a sweetheart and this is nothing against her but I spent 2.5 hours here for a basic pedi and a full set acrylic, I showed them the picture of what I wanted and didn't quite get that which is fine I can adapt but the man that did my set was just SO ROUGH I flinched at least 5 times, just not gentle at all and just not happy with them there's dry stuff all around my nails which I tried to remove already and can't. I paid 60 for a set plus the pedi $90 just not worth it to me Disappointed. read more

My first time at this place. I got underarm by a lady who used mustache strips for my underarm, and who barely used any wax for my underarm resulting in lots of hair staying behind, then she used tweezers to remove what she didn't even try with wax. Terrible wax experience, her tweezers pinched into my skin so much that I am terribly irritated to the repetitive skin pinching. Don't recommend this place for waxing. They should really have experienced people for this ty of work. They could cause major damage to someone more sensitive than me. What a waist of $25.. read more

I love getting my nails done here! I've gotten acrylics and dip powder tips the couple times I've been here and the nails techs did a great job! The ladies who have done my nails were very sweet and my nails came out exactly as I wanted them to. The prices are also very reasonable and they even offer a student discount! I got soooo many compliments on the flower acrylic set and they lasted for over a month!! I love getting the dip powder with false tips too since I have really short nails, they make my nails appear natural and last a long time. The place itself is very nice and clean and overall has a relaxing environment. I make sure to visit this place to get my nails done every time I'm back in town! read more

Well I've been to A LOT of nail salons, many pedis later I've NEVER been to a salon as nice as this one. From the minute you walk in you tell just how nice the facility is. Then the Pedi packages are untouchable compared to ANYTHING I've ever had before. For a fraction of what a pedi somewhere else would be you get the FULL service, hot stones, massage, choosing which deluxe package you want, and even a hot wax wrapped around your foot to leave them baby soft. Then there's the staff, Cynthia is always my go to girl! And Andrew and his wife are just as wonderful. I won't ever go anywhere else since I found this gem. 10 stars if I could! Thanks for always making me feel so relaxed and taken care of. I will be soon taking my daughter when she's older to check out the kid spa area. Just too cute all around! So disappointed in the service I received. I showed the tech a photo of almond nails with a colored tip and requested this. Received square nails. Tips completely misshaped and my natural nail showing from the sides. The dip powder was everywhere and bumpy. French tip extremely uneven and bumpy. Random sparkles on them from dirty polish brushes. Not even a smooth top coat. Truly the worst my nails ever have been done, I had to get them redone the next day somewhere else. They didn't fix them even when I complained and offered no discount. So upsetting :( read more

i quite literally have never written a bad review for a place but this is the worst pedicure i've ever gotten. when i had sat down i asked the lady if she could do all the regular things to both legs but that i couldn't put my right foot in the tub because i just got a new tattoo, she said that was totally fine and it wouldn't be a problem. she then only put the scrub on my leg and literally washed it right back off, and gave me a massage that maybe lasted one minute. when my friend i came with was getting a good massage and scrub i asked the lady doing my pedicure if i could just get the regular massages and she said "i already did your massage" and my entire pedicure was done in 15 minutes. also they never gave us a menu or anything they just started and they did the most basic pedicure when my friend and i were expecting to get a nice one because it's their birthday. read more

I decided to try this nail salon again because it was cheap. Worst mistake ever. My pedicure did not even last 24 hours before every nail chipped off. I asked for acrylics and she filed them down so short it was the same length as my actual nail which is not what I asked for at all. She also forgot to put a top coat on one of my hands so I left with one glossy hand and one scratched up matte hand. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My experience at the Paradise Nail Spa was FAR from the relaxing spa day the name would imply. We called ahead to book four Mani/Pedi appointments, but were still unable to receive services (together) at one time. Half of our group was started after 45 minutes of waiting, making it impossible to receive the Pedicures together (as promised) and it only gets worse from there. The staff was unaware that I could understand Spanish and rudely commented on customers' physical appearances, along with rushing customers to chose colors. We were charged incorrectly FOUR times before the salon charged accurately for the services we received - the manager did NOT care, was not helpful, and had a bitter attitude. This was a terrible experience for something that should've been relaxing. I do NOT recommend the Paradise Nail Salon. Save your time and go to one of the many other salons in the Gulf Coast Plaza. read more
