There is a new change of ownership.. Linda is no longer there! Her crew was amazing and there products lasted so long... oh how I'm gonna miss Linda and her workers anyhow I just went there last week, the male worker did my cuticles and he was hurting me so badly while cutting my cuticles from my hands. My cuticles were still showing after he "fixed them" see pictures I included here! Also there gel products do nottttt last long, my hair strand got stuck on one of my nails and the gel came right off, I also picked at them and it easily came right off with out having to use acetone... For my First Yelp Review Worst Experience of all the nail salons I've ever been. I've came here 3 times before and as any place they keep asking if you want work done but this experience unforgettable. Not only did they charge me 110 dollars for a petite and a fill. The lady doing my petite was very kind she did leave to help someone else but she did her best. But the owners husband and wife TERRIBLE!! They made me wait for hours. And the wife went to help another client with there nails she told her husband to finish mine which was 2 different color lines...he could've even do that right!!! He was more focused on his phone then he was on me and half assed my nails. The disrespect was crazy as I've came to them before. He couldn't even do the top coat. They were already taking ages, helping everyone else but me. The wife comes back just looks at the mess "cleans it up" but just covers it doesn't apologize, and just tells me for 2 strands of colors and a French tip on my petite was 110 dollars. The work they do is okay but the customer service is outrageous for newcomers. read more

I was there today, and not so happy with the gel manicure and pedicure. I was hoping that luxury nails and spa would be a fancy place yet so disappointed. When I was choosing my color the lady was rushing me and very impatient. Usually when u chose to do gel nails it has a pair of the regular nail polish. They had to match it from their regular nail polish stash. Sooo cheap!. So the nail polish on my fingernails and toes don't match. And the finished product is very messy. Not clean.. excess polish on the skin and gaps on the fingernails. Sooo unsatisfied! Will never come back here again!. read more

When she was removing my cuticles she went way to far and took off all my skin around my thumb. And when she saw it was bleeding she didn't even apologize. I went to get my face waxed they lifted my skin! I have a 2 big line on my face where they lifted my skin from the wax. I felt like they rushed to get the service done and did not do a good job. It's so sad to see her gone and I thought I'd continue to go since I've been coming here for so long but the new owners increased the prices drastically! I paid $60 for a new set. Do not come here, Linda was the previous owner and now that's she is gone everything sucks about this place . I came in to do a short French tip which they tried to charge me $60 for to begin with. No problem I'm willing to pay for good service. The problem was once my nails started coming out messed up I said something. We were two fingers in and the lady got upset and took off my nails and proceeded to just butcher my real nails with metal implements . I also had a pedicure appointment and because I decided not to do my nails there they decided that I wasn't going to do my toes either. They left a bunch of acrylic all over my hands and now I have to wait for this to grow out. I'm so disappointed read more

I would give it a 5, but my mom had not do great time. First, the good stuff. It's clean, quiet, tons of color options, pedicure options are on an way to read card, they even have gel options. My pedicurist was Vivienne and safe it's great! She asks you what you want, gives you your options and isn't pushy. She is also really good with her conversation, she detail oriented and not only have me so good massage, pedicure and color, but the flower design is so cute. I will definitely be back and will all for Vivienne specially! Idle the name of my mom's pedicurist, but her communication want very good and neither was get attention to detail. The job got done, but my mom had to keep requesting everything even though she was paying extra for it. She had a callus on the side of one of her big toes and had to ask several time that she go back to it... and was eventually told "you can't have everything"...but if you're paying extra for callus remove, you should. Anyway, I'll be back. I won't ask for the girl my mom got, but I will ask for Vivienne! Good stuff. read more

My BFF and I got pedicures here on Saturday. They were actually pretty quick and fast! They had a decent selection of nail polish - not too much OPI or Essie, mostly off brand. I paid $15 for a spa pedicure, plus $5 for flower art. Their flower art is decent. I've had worse, and I've had better. But $5 was too much for so-so flowers. I also got a lip/eyebrow wax. It was $12 for the two combined. It was pretty good! Not too painful, and very quick. I would definitely come back, if I lived in the area. $15 for a pedi is awesome! read more

I tried several nail salons looking for someone that knew how to do a good job with the gel polish on natural nails. I found Amanda at this salon and she does an excellent job. The gel last up to three weeks before I have to get my nails done again. I don't know about the other gals because only I only have Amanda do my nails. Rose does a great job on my pedicures. Once another gal did my pedi and she did a horrible job. So, I only have Rose do mine. This salon also autoclaves their equipment. Not enough salons do this. The first and last time I'm coming here. I went in for a gel manicure and was disappointed with the results. First of all, I've never been to a place where after painting one nail, they have you place your hand into the gel machine. When I asked why she wasn't painting all my nails before having me place my hand in the machine, I was told that this nail polish is so light, it needs to be done this way. My nail color also didn't look like the color I selected. To make matters worse, some nails were streaky and some corners were missing polish. I mentioned this to the lady and she ignored me and said something in her native language. Definitely not going back. read more

It was my first time here but I really liked my pedicure! Jenny did an amazing job, I would recommend making an appointment with her. She spent a lot of time on me and I really appreciated that. I didn't give 5/5 stars because they started cleaning the spa chair while I still there, which took away from me relaxing. The area around this location doesn't look like great but I wouldn't let that turn you away from here. They have a pretty good selection of colors and everyone seems really nice. Manicure - the woman was so busy keeping track of what the pedicure girl was doing that she did a really poor job on my nails. Polish on the fingers, didn't cover the ENTIRE nail in polish, didn't trim my cuticles, just an over all sloppy job I could have done myself. Zero stars for her Pedicure - the girl spoke no English - NONE - used the drill file to get the polish off my toes (it is glitter polish and had multiple coats) but it damaged by toe nail. Didn't understand I wanted my toe nails short as my shoes tend to wear off the polish on the tips. Didn't file the nails straight. 1 star for making an effort. Avoid! read more
