The nail tech I had was very nice, but the design she did was not very good. She messed up quite a bit and had to keep redoing the french tip, petal design, and the silver lining. My 11 year old daughter and I had a great experience here getting manicures and pedicures! The ladies working here were so cheerful and did a great job. They took the time needed to do things right. The lady who did my daughter's manicure and pedicure did some flowers for her for no extra charge, and it was my daughter's first full manicure and pedicure. This was my first and last time coming here. I would say all the ladies are very friendly however the store looked very unsanitary. I was trusting the process but the lady was doing my nails so aggressive she cut three fingers and one of them was bleeding. My hands all felt burning after her filing and it just ruined the whole experience for me. Also mid way filing she stopped and grabbed her own feet and gave it a massage and put oil on her foot and immediately after grabbed my hand and continued to work on them, SO GROSS. read more

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend and I found Nails Club, which looked great! It said walk-ins on the website, so I decided to spontaneously take her there. We walked in, and the lady at the front asked what service my girlfriend needed. She told her, and then the lady simply replied: "We're busy." She proceeded to wave goodbye and return to her work, not even offering a wait time. Mind you, there were three workers in the back doing absolutely nothing. I usually trim my own nails and toes, after going here that has all changed. With the basic manicure and pedicure my nails and feet have never looked this good. The massage chair and free wifi are excellent plus the fun channel of dogs and funny sports videos on the tv how could you go wrong? After a long week at work this was definitely needed and I will return. Here are a few helpful tips from my trip. They have an ATM. They do take credit cards. Tips are only able to be done in cash so be prepared...... I wasn't and had to ask and learn the hard way. BTW the staff is amazing and super polite. I loved this place!!! Me and my friends went today for the first time, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by this very nice lady. So Nails Club has been my go-to spot since high school, but this past Tuesday (12/24) I ended up going to a salon close to my best friends place. Ugh BIG MISTAKE!!! Here's a little dramatic story of my experience (emphasis on dramatic) I showed the nail tech at the other salon a photo from Pinterest before she had even started, she shook her head "yes, okay, I can do that". All I wanted was an opaque whitish pink with a little ombré with glitter at the base, simple right? She ended up painting my nails straight white with slight dabs of pink glitter and shaped them shorter than what I had wanted (she also did not know her nail shapes)....mind you I showed her the photo 3 other times to "remind" her of what I wanted and each time she kept saying "I'm not done, not done"Girllll do I wish I was the type to throw a fit, but I sat there and just stupidly smiled. Anyways, I paid for the set without complaint cause I was lame like that, but I was pissed!! Like I have never left an establishment so dissatisfied, my poor best friend could feel my dissatisfaction. Anyways, I ended up going to Nails Club that same day because I was not about to enter 2020 with that negative nail energy. They still welcomed me with open arms, even though I cheated on them, and Anh was able to bring my nails back to life. Not exactly like the picture but close enough and definitely much more to my liking! And as always they are just so sweet! So long story short, just go to Nails Club! First time going yesterday and my gel polish is already peeling the next day. i called ahead and went in at 11:00AM, left almost 2 hours later at 12:48PM. This review is for Mindy! I keep really short acrylics during school because they keep me from picking my lip while I study. That being said, going to get nails is much more an issue of cost efficiency to me than anything else. If you're looking for a soothing, spa type "experience", this place probably isn't for you. If you're looking for cost effective, good quality nail work then this is a good spot! I got an acrylic fill with gel for $27 (pretty good for the OC area) and Mindy did an awesome job! She was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable asking for what I wanted (HUGE plus). She took the extra time to check that my nails were correctly shaped, smoothed, and double checked when everything was done to make sure there were no rough areas or any extra glue/polish on my fingertips. Granted, I went in on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly dead (no wait time is always a plus). They don't have a huge selection of colors but they've got all the typical ones and some glitters. Just FYI, they don't accept tips via credit card but I think I saw an ATM machine by the front. Overall I'd recommend for your regular nail maintenance and definitely Mindy :) read more

Very busy establishment, which is always a good sign. But, also means a LONG wait time. Not sure if they take appointments, but I just walked in. I brought my daughter here to get a full set, since she was attending her Junior Prom later than evening. She had pics of what she wanted, and her nail tech (I can't remember her name, sorry!) gave her exactly what she wanted. We waited about an hour before we were called up, and then it took about another hour or more to get the set on. Total cost was $35.00 for the full set, and we tipped the nail tech $5.00 (so $40.00, total). I don't wear acrylic nails myself, but I was jealous of my girl's long coffin shaped nails, and said I'd come here soon get a full set LOL!! They take their time because every tech here is VERY detailed. The full nail is painted (leaving no nail exposed), and they clean up around the cuticles and fingers if polish gets on any part of the fingers, other than the nail. I asked Kiki (I think that was her name) if she could fix the shape because my nails were uneven. She just filed back and forth for one second to "reshape" the nail. I She did try her best to make the color even because it was a hard color to work with. I did leave with some of the skin by my cuticles still hanging off. The service was good. I have been coming to Nail Club for many years. I used to have my full set done by Kim and then by Kayla - but a year ago I became allergic to acrylic and gel polish on my hands (I've tried other salons to ensure it wasn't the salon itself, same allergic reaction). I still go to Nail club for my pedis and Kim is the BEST! She takes her time, she is so sweet and gentle. I try to go every 2 weeks but lately have been pushing it to once a month due to life and my toes still look great- no chipping or peeling of the polish. Kim is so patient and detailed with her work. She ensures your feet look and feel great. I can't say enough great things about Kim. All of the staff is super friendly and nice and they make you feel very welcomed. They take credit/ debit card on the weekends only and cash during the week. Tips must also be given in cash. Regarding covid regulations, they have been doing great at keeping up sanitation. I always see them spray and clean all of the chairs and tables after each client. Clients are asked to wash their hands before any service is done and of course a mask is required for everyone including staff. read more

It's in a shady strip mall with a 7 Eleven so it should be cheaper. My manicure was $20 + $5 for the half moon design. This price is actually comparable to other salons. They don't take cash but there is an ATM that charges an extra $1.75. This is a very traditional Vietnamese salon and its clientele is mostly Latina. In my conversation with the ladies here, they told me that Asian people are way too picky. The skill level of these ladies isn't the best. The decor and everything is very dated. There was a dead fly on the table. The heating unit for my gel manicure was old and taped up - she had to press the button to turn it on rather than allowing me to just slip my hand in and out. read more

First time here and I loved it! I'm usually NEVER satisfied when I go to a nail salon but Nails Club nailed it (hehe) And it's pretty affordable compared to other places. I got a spa pedicure and gel full set for $63 because I needed my old acrylics removed ($5), callous removal ($5), and I used three different nail polish colors ($3). If you use two different colors they don't charge you extra but if you do three or more they do. I wish I would have gotten my techs name but I totally didn't. She looked like she was the one in charge there though. My coffin shape came out identical in each nails! And the gel polish versus regular really made the colors pop out.
