Even though there were small confusions on what I wanted in the beginning, Misa still gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for! I loved them so much I am returning. As someone who used to go every two weeks to someone who hasn't had them done in 3 years, she made me love getting my nails done again! These were a special set as I had thoughts of possibly getting engaged to (spoiler: I DID!), and they needed to be PERFECT! I got ombré with white tips, gel polish and cat eye in silver. Loved it so much! My only complaint is the prices are a little bit higher than other local shops and with the appoint I had made a few days prior, I still ended up waiting 20 mins. My 2 friends and I went in to elite at around 2:30. We all were getting full sets and taken back to start our soak off after about 15 mins of waiting. As we sat there FOR 2 HOURS we were not spoken to or checked up on at all. They took our first friend and started her. The same nail tech proceeded to do all 3 of our nails at the same time. mind you we showed them picture and were very thorough about what we wanted. I was finished first and my nails were NOT shaped at all and are smudged and have bubbles in them. My next friend got pink french tips. the french tip covers half her nail and are super thin u can almost see thru the pink. and my last friend is HORRIBLY shaped. we finally left at 5:30. I would NOT recommend going here unless u have 3 hours to kill for bad quality. very disappointed. read more

So not happy with this experience. First to come in and sit in front a window with the sun beating on you for half an hour when you had an appt is annoying. Secondly when she finally got to doing my nails she did what she wanted to. She didn't ask if i wanted my nails cut back, she didn't hold them up and file them evenly, she didn't clean out from under them, she didn't ask which nails i wanted glitter on and she didn't ask what shape i wanted. She literally did what she wanted! She didn't speak to me the entire time. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. This is my 3rd time here and I always went to NiNi because she paid great attention to detail. Today I got my normal device and after I was done I noticed the dip acrylic was a bit bulky on one side of my index finger so I went to her and asked her to file it down. She filed in then said something in her language and then pushed at my stomach to shoo me away. I guess theirs was because she was with another customer but I don't care. Your customers nails need to be right when they leave your salon. So since you feel it is okay to shoo someone away. I won't be back! read more

Good pedicure - no complaints. What infuriates me is, when I reconciled my end-of-month credit card statement, this place processed my credit card with an extra $5 above my signed receipt. Pedicure + tip = $37.25. Credit card charged: $42.25. They stole an extra $5 to get a $10 tip. What a dirty trick. Nope... won't EVER go back and will never recommend! read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. The water was scalding hot which took multiple attempts to adjust.The lady painted my skin on almost every toe and by day 2 I had zero GEL polish left on my toes. The owner refused to refund my $85 pedicure because "you got a massage and you liked it". I'm pretty sure she was missing why I called. I called to report that I just spent almost $100 to have a pedicure and by day 2 I have nothing to show for it. Poor customer service all around. Don't waste your money on this place! read more

Horrible!!! The owner did my nails. The color sample I had chosen was not the actual color and in fact was vastly different. She had 2 other people whose nails she was doing in the meantime as she was doing me, obviously focused on making as much money as possible instead of focusing on doing good work. Which I get, but not when you are doing crappy work. My nails were too thick, she didn't want to spend the time buffing them down, she cut me twice and didn't even acknowledge it, and then she sent in another girl to finish off the top coat. Since she was so busy doing other people. Except for she didn't do enough layers of the powder and my nails were not one color but marble looking. Not that she would know it since she was trying to make her money elsewhere. I told the girl my color looked extremely bad and my nails were obviously not finished. The girl agreed and the owner came back to do another layer, none too pleased about it. She kept saying she had no idea why my nails looked that way. Really? No idea at all? No idea how you were too cheap to do another layer and too distracted to notice or give a damn? In the end, in my opinion, it was all badly done, I didn't like her attitude and it took an hour and forty minutes to do powder which is at least 40 minutes too long. How is this woman in business?????? Never coming back! Do find another salon. I get wanting to make money but I don't appreciate being used to make money. You want money? Very nice store, employees friendly, not too expensive. However, one female employee in front of the mirror primping and dancing around, another spraying air freshener which was almost enough to choke a person. The worst part was the nail stations were filthy dirty and looked as if they hadn't been dusted ever. I was the only patron in there until another showed up. I have been to elite nails 3 times. First the girl did great but the last two times I have walked with different colors on my toes and fingernails. I even had to go back the next day to redo my toe color. Today I had her paint toes twice and still didnt match. She insisted it did very rude. DESERVES 0 stars!! I was talked into trying the dip powder, usually get gel and manicure. They don't do a manicure with this but use the drill instead, similar to getting acrylics done. Jen didn't do my cuticles correctly on 3 nails and one nail wasn't filed right. When I brought it to her attention she told me she wasn't done. I filed my own nail when I got home and noticed how bad my cuticles still were. I went back 3 days later because I had a crack in my nail after 2 days and I wanted my cuticles fixed. She still didn't trim one of the nails correctly and put the wrong color on the nail she was fixing. When I brought it to her attention she told me it would change and get lighter after I washed my hands a couple of times. Went back again they said it will take 5 minutes to fix. I expressed my concern that my nail would get damaged from the excessive drilling. They insisted it would be fine. Again the color was not right because the other color was showing through, in addition, it was very thick. So she tried fixing it yet again, still the color was wrong. At this point I suggested they give me a credit so I can come back and they can redo the whole thing when I had more time. Kelly said we don't do that. I will fix it for you now, which was now 35 minutes into it and I had to leave for work, which I told them when I walked in the door, so much for 5 minutes. Kelly then told me again it will take 5 minutes for her to fix it and I need to stop talking (I was once again expressing concern with the amount of times, 3 times at this point, that the polish had now been drilled off my nail) and wasting time that she could have had it fixed, again I was there now for 35 minutes. I was more than patient until Kelly said that. With that I left and told them enough was enough!! read more
