I was thrown off at first when I had to take my shirt off and get under a towel because it was a facial. It was really a facial for the face, the neck, ears, shoulders and top chest area. My technician was really focused and spent time redoing nails if it looked wonky. Unfortunately, she did not catch everything (and neither did I until it was too late to go back). Some of my nails are different lengths, there are edges/corners that are missing polish. One of my nails has a .5cm section that didn't get the last coat of color so it's two toned. Overall, the nails still look fine from far away but I don't feel like I got the quality I was looking for for the price. Everyone was very friendly and it is clean inside!
