I've been getting my nails done since I was 15. I am currently 38, I've never had someone do my nails so good, no water, hair nothing get in them! My nails last so long! Again love this new spot she's in! Great people working inside! I am however very much biased! Reyna is my favorite! Go get your nails done with anyone! Just do it! You get what you pay for I guess. Usually I have an okay experience here. Today, I wanted an acrylic set, square shape with a French tip. I got borderline duck nails and crooked, half-assed and mostly straight "French tips". There should be no rush when the customer makes an appointment hours ahead of time and there are 3 other nail techs unoccupied. Also, when I asked if the color I chose looked gold or silver, the employee just said "it's exactly what you saw on the nail" (the sample nail). Yes I'm aware. I was asking your opinion. read more

Just lost a loyal customer!!! I have been going to this nail salon for almost a year now. I got a gel refill on 2/23 and by 3/2 I had black stains all over my nails. The previous time I got a refill the same thing happened. Two different brands of polish were used each time, one being OPI (a credible brand) but both gave me black stains on my nails. I called the nail salon on Sunday 3/4 and explained my situation and the lady told me I could come in and get my nail color repaired on them. When I arrived for my appointment the front desk lady told me it must be the polish but that she had to charge me because it was past the 7 days. In my opinion maybe it is a product they're using on top of the polish. So you lose a customer and all of the other customers I have recommended just to charge the fee of a polish change? Does not seem like good business practice to me. Maybe this establishment should make it important to keep customers rather than just only make a dollar. read more

This is by far the best nail salon I've EVER been to. I travel 20 minutes just for their service. They have a strict appointment policy, which I appreciate because I always get taken back exactly at my appointment time. I hate the feeling of wasting my entire morning/afternoon at a nail salon waiting for my turn. I went there with my friend because we heard good reviews. Our service was less than good, I picked out a lavender shade & she picked out this green shade. They charged me $45 for a full set of gel... then proceeded to paint my nails black when I picked out a lavender shade. The guy realized he messed up and started painting lavender on top of black.... how that possibly would have even worked I don't know but it looked terrible I made him just keep them black. My friend's color turned out to be so light you could barely see it & they wouldn't do one more coat. Then wanted to charge her $20 to change her color? How ridiculous! Initially, I was happy with my service. It began well. Clean facilities. Not crowded. Polite staff. I have no complaints about my pedicure--in fact, I was ready to recommend this place to my family members for future pedicures. My manicure ruined all that. I will admit I have quick-growing cuticles. With a warm water soak and that cuticle dissolving product, these are a breeze to push back and nip. Instead, this manicurist used an electric filer on my cuticles. Once I removed the polish (see image), I found damage to all of my nail beds where she had attempted to file away my cuticles. I had to push back and nip my own cuticles because the electric filer didn't even manage to accomplish that. I know have dents in every nail because of this manicurist. This place is just horrible, don't waste your time or money. I went in for a simple gel manicure, the woman didn't even take off all of the gel polish that I had on originally- and when I told her about it, she tried taking the cuticle remover to remove the remaining gel off my nails!!!!!! The manicure itself lasted about 10 minutes, and she filed down my nail bed way too much. Ontop of this, when I confronted her she said "that's how they always do it and I should just go somewhere else where I'm comfortable" and proceeded to ask why I came here?? It was my first time going to this place... And I called to get a fill and to change the polish on my toes. As soon as I walked in I was told to not open a bottle of polish and one of the other employees was giving an attitude and running around. I was already uncertain but I decided to stay. As soon as I sat down three of the employees started yelling back-and-forth in another language and they were shaking their head the one guy came back to me and said you need to say all of the services that you want when you call I don't have time to do the toes. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The front desk clerk who begrudgingly waited on me initially had an unfriendly, rude and lazy demeanor, however, the nail tech was absolutely deplorable. She was aggressive, rude, mean and I received a very painful service. She filed WAY too hard and fast, poked and swiped my skin with her pointy sharp natural nails. Along with being exceptionally rough and very heavy handed, she appeared to be hating her life and her position. I repeatedly asked her how SHE was and if SHE was ok. I almost got up mid service and left but regrettably, didn't. I vocalized that she was scaring me and that I'm a little more delicate but that didn't matter. They use a system that you check into that way there is no discrepancies on who is next in line. I always make an appointment so they are ready for me when I walk in. Atrocious service. Visiting from Las Vegas where there is a lot of competition to provide high-quality services, I'm accustomed to great gel manicures. This nail salon on the other hand has given me a very poor perspective of nail services in this area--which is unfortunate because other salons here may be great. The man that did my nails was very rude, abrupt, and repeatedly hit my hand instead of telling me exactly what he wanted me to do with it. He was lazy, lacked the basic manners a five year old has, and argued with me when I politely asked to see more color options. In fact, when I asked for a darker color, he replied with "why do you want to do a darker color again!?" Then marched to his coworker's station to grab a box of colors and slammed them in front of me. There was cotton or a fiber of some sort on the nail brush. Instead of wiping it off, he painted over my nail and responded very forcefully when I asked him to remove the fiber from my freshly painted nail. The icing on the cake of this awful experience is that my nails came out lumpy. The prices are cheap, but sadly the quality and product is very poor. read more

I was a very loyal customer here until recently. Initially when I began visiting this salon, I was a little bummed that they mostly worked off of appointments and it was nearly impossible to "walk in", but I quickly realized it was well worth scheduling out an appointment here as the staff seems really nice and the service is always what I ask for. Recently, however they set aside the weekend for "walk ins only" which makes it difficult to get any service on the weekend. I walked in on a Saturday and waited for right at 30 mins before I was told me that they wouldn't be able to get to me that day and asked if I could come back tomorrow. The next day I went back and was told that they had several clients before me and by the time they were finished with them, they would be closing so I'd have to come back the next day. I am a very frequent customer and great tipper since I understand that not all nail salons are equal and the employees do rely a lot on tips for income. I did NOT go back and will never go back there again due to the downgrade in customer service and care. read more

This nail facility lost me as customer. I have been a loyal customer since this place opened. But one of the so called nail tech ruin my 17 year old daughters nails. She went in on her own to get her acrylic nails removed and the nail tech fail to soak off her nails. He removed the gel polish and some of the acrylic with the nail drill and then he scoped off and ripped off the remaining. He was rushing and had an attitude while doing it. Afterward I went in to speak to him he show no emotions and acted as if he had done nothing wrong to my girl. My daughter was in so pain and was traumatized by this horrible experience. Location was the reason I went here and service is why I will never be back. Today I was assigned Ruben and I asked him not to use the power drill on my nails because of my sensitivity. He took his mask off and got up and began shouting in vietnamese. Everyone in the place that understood him looked at me. He was obviously mad and decided shouting around me was the answer. This is how they treat customers? I was not rude, I said please. I was more scared if anything,of the drill. The lady next to him stepped up and took me because I was going to leave. I was so embarassed to be treated like that. And for no reason. And to top it off, they are running a fake reward program where it is impossible to actually use rewards. This time the cashier told me, I had to visit the same technician to use points, even after I was able to hit redeem on the screen. The staff is incredibly rude. If you don't have an appointment scheduled don't bother going in. The young girls who work at the front desk are very impolite and unhelpful. The nail tech ruined my cuticles by filing them down instead of clipping them. I got a gel manicure and it only looked okay for about 4 days before the nail polish started to fade away. I made an appointment for a mani pedi, I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early assuming I would be able to use that time to pick out my pedicure color. I was called to sit down in a rushing manner MULTIPLE times by a rude gentleman for my mani. I proceeded to tell him I wanted to have my pedicure done first, and that I wanted to pick out my color for my pedicure before sitting down. He kept telling me he has gel, and I kept saying I understand but I want regular color for my toes. In the end of it all, I decided to not give this place my business. I had high hopes. I've tried three times and every time I'm told they have no availability for the rest of the day (I arrived at 4 they were open until 8pm) when I was leaving after being told no availability the customers behind me were told the same and when we walked out they said every time they had walked in they were turned away. Its really sad I cannot give 0 stars. If I could I would. I walked in to ask about getting my acrylics taken off and they said to sign in, I said I will but needed to check if I could wait for 15 mins until they got me and that 30 mins waiting for my nails to come off... no one has to do the work for this that much... the foil and acetone does majority of the work. I went back in literally less than 2 mins later to sign in and they said to late someone called in and took the spot. I was hella confused. I asked them if they take walk-ins they said yes, 3 of there technicians finished with there clients but they refused to take me. I informed them that their customer service was horrible. I called to make an appointment and as a new customer they were rude on the phone & acted like they didn't even want my business. Against my better judgement, I kept the appointment. I showed up on time, which they enforced on the phone when I made the appointment, and was told I could not pick up the nail polish bottles? Things just went down hill from there. My sister went in to get a gel mani/pedi before her wedding, and since the color options are not grouped by gradient, was having a hard time finding colors in the neutral palette she was looking for. When she asked an employee to help her and said she was getting married in a few days, he just said "We don't pick colors" and as she tried to explain her questions, he said someone else could help her and walked away (nobody else came to help or even talk to her). She picked out regular polish and decided to ditch the gel, and sat down with her colors, but was never assisted or served when she was the only one there besides one other person. This level of disregard for a basic level of customer service and politeness is unheard of. He could have easily listened to her question and been helpful, but he decided to push a woman who was choosing this place to do her nails BEFORE HER WEDDING away and ignore her. Ultimately, my sister left and I went back to complain to the gentleman, but he offered no apology and when I told him he had given her a horrible pre-wedding experience, he simply said "ok". I cannot imagine how they treat their day-to-day customers when this is how they treated someone who they knew was getting married. Please try one of the other salons in the Allentown area. If I could give this place a 0 Star, I would. My friend and I went to get pedicures together, both signed in. Eventually, they wanted to take her back first even though we wanted them done together (they don't take appointments), but said I can sit in the pedi seat next to her while I wait, which was fine. 20 min goes by and another woman comes in and they seat her at a pedicure station and start setting up for her. The tech that was working on my friend asked the other tech what was going on and that I should have been next...they openly argued in front of everyone, and then the other tech was laughing. I said that I have a 7 month baby at home and don't have too much time to waste...they made a joke saying that I should have just brought the baby with me then Still, I waited another 15-20 min. It finally got to the point where I told my friend I had to leave, that nobody was apologizing to me, the laughing and clearly speaking in their language about me was far too unprofessional. I even told the front desk girl that nobody apologized and I've been sitting here for about an hour now, she didn't say anything but went to the other tech to talk about me and proceed to laugh. Needless to say, I left because I didn't want to give them my money and b/c I needed to get home to my son. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. SO incredibly rude and unprofessional. I did not enjoy my experience. The salon is beautiful and the girl at the front desk was friendly. Unfortunately, the man who did my manicure sat far away and at an awkward angle. I've been getting my nails done many years and he kept hurting me, trying to twist and contort my hands in ways they couldn't move, rather that just move himself. I had dipping powder applied. It started when I walked in, granite I was about five minutes late since I was coming from school, I walked in and told them I had an appointment, they don't even acknowledge that I'm speaking and begin speaking to each other in their language in an aggressive manner, which I'm not offended by because everyone is free to speak their own language. But I didn't even feel welcome it was like I was a bother to their day. They told me to sit and wait and moments after the male technician I received rudely told me to sit at his desk (sadly I didn't pick up his name but wish I did because he was awful in every form) he then proceeds to throw the colors down on the table and walks away in a busy manner. He comes back and I tell him the color I chose, he then says to me "go get it" are you kidding me? "Go get it" as if I work there?? I am the paying customer it is not my job to do your work. I was so caught off guard, but I let it go. My mom had made this appointment for me and accidentally made it as just a gel manicure when what I really wanted to get done was a full set with a gel on top, so I tell him that my mom called in the wrong thing and he tells me that "no no they break and don't last long" now that I'm frustrated and fed up with him being rude I tell him that I just had them on and they were perfectly fine, making me feel like I've never had my nails done before and that I don't know what's best for me. I wanted the full set and was willing to PAY for them. I guess he didn't want more money because he was pretty damn lazy to take the extra 20 minutes. This is where it gets good, after a minute of silence he says to me "Your mom called for a gel manicure?" and I reply with yes and he says to me "then you get what she called for". It absolutely blew my mind that he thought he had the right to say that to a customer, and the fact that although I'm a young customer doesn't mean he can treat me like garbage, because I'm still the one giving him money. Disappointed in myself for not walking up right there and then. So the service goes on and he tries making conversation with me which I was having no part of and he started to rant to me about how none of the other technicians want to work but want to get paid, clearly some lazy employees they're hiring. Long story short, he rushes through my service, gets up multiple times, doing multiple other things, also only gives me 2 coats and asks me if it was good enough as if I would know.... and says they're dry and that I can leave. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat their customers no matter their age or if they're regulars. DON'T GO TO THIS NAIL SALON IT'S HORRIBLE AND YOU'LL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
