I went in for a gel fill in and Helen did my nails and it was great. They offered something to drink, had an appointment less than 5 minutes of arriving I was at her station. She was very attentive and made sure I got my money's worth down to the hand massage at the end. The salon nice with a relaxing vibe. My fill in with gel was $40 and that is the going rate these days. I highly recommend and I will be back. read more

I have been going here since I moved to the area. I ended up getting an ingrown toenail from improper cutting and care. I have never had an ingrown toenail. I went to a podiatrist, and he confirmed that this was from filing and cutting. I reached out to the owner to let her know what was going on. She acted like she could not speak proper English but her English was great when it time to pay for my service. My Dr's visit to have my toe examined was 139.00. I was not asking for the whole amount but just half or even a refund for my pedicure. She was unyielding to my request. This is not the first bad experience with them prior to this appointment they change prices without notice. I get the same service full set and pedicure, 120.00 back in January - full set/ pedicure 115.00 last weekend. fill in 45 one time another 65.00. Prices are not posted and they charge whatever they want. Its difficult to find honest nail business that doesn't overcharge and charge and don't have to worry about your nails breaking read more

I've been here twice to get a pedicure and it's affordable and I never have to wait. They have a tonnnn of DND shades and they really take their time with the service. Both pedicures I had done by different people and both were great. Also each time I called day of to see if I could come in and each time it was yes and I was taken right away when I got there. read more

I would leave zero stars but that is not an option. Today I was so excited to go and pamper myself and get my self a nice manicure and pedicure for my honeymoon- we leave tomorrow early morning. I work multiple jobs so I took time off work to be able to do this. I scheduled my appointment on their website and got the confirmation from them via text and everything. I show up and the open sign is on and their hours on the door say they are open and I go to walk in and the door is locked and all the lights are off! I tried calling and no one answered. And now I am out of money I would have made if I had stayed at work, and on the most important trip of my life, The one where I wanted to go and feel a little more pampered and feel a little more pretty than usual, my honeymoon, and I'm not going to be able to feel those things now. I tried calling around to other locations and of course on such short notice and at this time of day I can't get in anywhere either. It's obviously shows that they do not care about their customers at all to leave them in situations like this so I would recommend going anywhere but here because you honestly cannot count on them read more

I made a eyelash appointment and decided to come to the shop early to get a pedicure and my nails done. When I told the gentleman I was here for lashes and before I could finish what I am saying he kept telling me to take a seat and proceeded to tell the woman behind me she could go sit in the pedicure chair and pick a color. Why would you take someone ahead of me? Why wouldn't you sit me in a pedicure or nail chair to get my service started. He was such in a rush to just have me just sit down... oh well there loss and I will tell everyone I know don't go there they are rude. Expensive and subpar service. I was rushed the entire time my nails were done and the place wasn't even busy. I took my child here for her first nail experience and it was not good. She had paint all over her hands and they didn't bother to wash them or give her a mani, they simply filed her nails quickly and slapped polish on as the tech rushed me to pick out a color. I had to ask for them to put a clear coat on my child's nails twice. My pedicure was rushed. I made a comment about it being a super quick massage and the tech laughed. After spending $183 to get my nails, my mom's and my daughters nails ($5) I expect way better service than this. Will not be back. read more

I was very disappointed in today. I am a long-time customer and have remained loyal to this salon during all of the Covid pandemic. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure today. When I arrived the lady did my Manicure and pedicure. She barely massage my legs and feet while I watched the gentleman giving the lady down for me a pedicure and he massage her legs and feet for a very long time. She also gave me a manicure and did not put lotion on my hands and she never came back to put my shoes on so I sat there and waited for about 20 minutes and finally put them on myself. I booked my appointment online: luxury pedicure, manicure and facial. I expected it to be a really nice place. However, when I arrived, it was a small typical nail salon. Unlike most salons now, there was no protective shield between the manicurist and the customer. I felt cramped when I got my dip manicure. The technician kept asking about my eyebrows and said I should have gone to her to get them done, that she could have done a better job for a lot less $$$. REALLY? I thought that was presumptious to comment on something like that! The manicure did not involve any massaging of my arms or hands, no hot cloths, no soaking. I wasn't even asked to wash my hands before or after! Nothing extra even though I asked for the works. Then came the pedicure. That was a great experience. Actually one of the best pedicures I've ever had but again, I asked for and paid for the better one and received no hot cloths, like other salons offer. I asked about the facial that I had booked online and the manicurist told me that she does them. However, it never came up after my pedicure was finished and I was lead to the checkout desk. They weren't very busy either. So, their loss. To be honest, I didn't feel like I'd be happy with a facial since I'm not really thrilled with my manicure. I'll go elsewhere. read more
