This salon seems to have been sold and all previous nail techs have left. My daughter and I both got pedicures here. My daughter is now battling infections on both great toes. I was cut twice and bled. I don't usually write a bad review but I want everyone to be aware. They had one person doing everyone's hands (nails), she rushed and moved on to each one. My nails were awful and I immediately went somewhere else to have them fixed. I suggest the owner invest in nail techs with a minimum of 5 years experience to build a clientele. It seems as though one family is trying to run it by themselves. They need a talented staff. I will not be back but I hope they find some experienced manicurists to help. read more

I absolutely love coming here I haven't done my nails at a salon for years but I stop one day an said let's just try this place. I'm so glad I did, I have not had one bad experience. The staff is always greet you as soon as you walk in you hear multiple welcome in. Maybe some other people don't like that but I do it just makes me feel good that they are welcoming in new or old people everyone gets a warm welcome. I have some physical problems an it hurts to sit for long periods but their chairs are so comfortable that it doesn't bother me while I'm getting my nails done. The pedicure chairs are also super comfortable an the people who do them are great especially Tony he is just a joy to work with an he makes you feel super comfortable. I came here for the first time with my sister-in-law this past Tuesday night. It was a fluke we were there at all. We had an appointment made with Veda down the street but for whatever reason even though they made an appointment with us at 6:30, they decided to close early and we were left at the door stunned. We scrambled to get to Luxury who happily took us both in, did an incredible job on our nails, had a great sense of humor and personality, and stayed well past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. The woman and men that work here truly work hard to make sure you are satisfied. This place might not look like Lavish but it is so much better. The prices are better too!! Walked in and got a dip manicure with Tammy. She's very good and quick. She's a pro. She made my nails thin enough and it was perfect because sip usually can get thick and bulky. I love my almond shaped nails! The prices here are super affordable. It is not a high end nail salon, but the quality is great. They had a special I guess after 6 my dip was only $32! What a steal!! Would not recommend coming here. $45 for a sloppy pedicure and a poor experience. Got the milk and honey pedi. The technician basically grinded the scrub into my shins which was not enjoyable... it was painful and left them red and feeling raw. The massage wasn't very good. She slapped on the base coat and then applied the polish in about a minute, then put on a top coat... I couldn't understand what she said, but I asked for a second coat since you could see through the first coat. She seemed annoyed and said it has to dry. Came back and threw on a second coat and top coat. You can see the outline of the 2nd coat.. poor, sloppy application. During the painful scrub she stopped, got up and helped another customer - filling a water basin, getting her a drink... why couldn't the person that would be taking care of the other customer do this? About 5 min later she asked the other customer how the water was and got up again to help her. Later she got up to sanitize an area and help another customer and once again left me just sitting there. I've never been to a salon where the technician leaves multiple times to help other customers and leaves you just sitting there without saying anything. Felt like they didn't care for my business... so I will be taking it elsewhere. read more

This is my first visit. I had a broken nail, and could not get in to see my usual manicurist. Using Yelp, I found this salon right in my area. Danny welcomed me the minute I walked in. They were a bit backed up, so he added me to his book and suggested I come back in about 20 minutes. That meant I had time for a quick trip to the nearby Target. Danny offered to "save" my broken nail, but I opted to have it clipped off. Danny joked about helping me loose weight - that was because he cleaned up so much of my cuticle. They looked and felt great when he was done. This was such a positive experience. Danny paid attention to what I said. He looked at the health of my nails. He greeted everyone as they entered the salon, and knew about 90% of the clients by name. The gel application was good, I think I usually have had the tip end of the nails painted. The best part of the experience was the application of lotion to my arms and hands. Oh, my! It was such a great mini massage. Overall, a really great experience.
