I've been there twice recently and the change in ownership was obvious to me. I went here for years but haven't had my nails done in about a year. The color and brand options aren't as good and they don't seem to care about trends. The worst part is all of the "3-in-1" options. Get rid of them please! The colors do not look the same on my real nails plus it looks cheap. Also they told me that now you could do dip powder for nails and gel for your toes and the colors will match. That couldn't be further from the truth. Get rid of the awful brands and suggestions which also means, tell the front desk people to stop trying to sell us on the idea like it's so great. If not, then you really shouldn't have the pricing where it is. I'll be looking for a new place after gong here for at least 7 years. read more

Park Village Nails was absolutely above and beyond! I'm visiting from Arizona and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure, and this experience exceeded my expectations. The front desk ladies were so kind and even called us when it was our turn, which I really appreciated. As soon as I sat down, J came over and was seriously the funniest guy ever, plus he made the best drinks! Mary did my pedicure and was incredibly thorough, gentle, and so polite. Word of caution to parents whose teenage girls get their nails done at Park Village. My daughter just came out crying because of how she was treated there. She showed a picture of what she wanted and the technician assigned to her was not able to do it. She felt bad for the guy because he was getting frustrated and said to just do a simple French instead. After she asked him to do that he started being nasty to her, was rushing, did not take the previous colors off and just did French on top. The result was a sloppy job and in the process he also managed to cut her! My daughter did the right thing and paid for the service and even tipped him. When I picked her up she was hysterical. I went inside and the manager said that they will fix it but after the treatment my daughter received she did not want to go back there. The manager refused to refund me and said if I wanted a refund my daughter needs to go back inside and they have to remove her nails. Naturally, I left the place and will never go there with any of my girls. I'm not posting this to bash a local business but as a warning to parents of young girls going there. I've been coming to this nail salon for over 10 years and the nail techs have always done an amazing job. Recently I got my nails done for Christmas and I got the cat eye nails. One of my tips popped off so I had to get it fixed. I had to wait 30-40 minutes when they first opened and I was on a time crunch because I had to get to work after. As soon as it was my time they made me wait more for a nail tech and the person that fixed my nail used the wrong color when I told him which color he used when I first got them done. He said "no this is what I used you had a drink last time so you probably don't remember." Like who says that to a customer? It was very unprofessional! I now have to go back and get another color because the person refused to do the color I originally had on my other nails! I miss Kelly running this place because all of the nail techs were professional and she would never let them talk to a customer this way! read more
