Found this place on Groupon for an amazing deal, to start I'm extremely picky with who I left wax me because my skin is so sensitive and if they don't know what they're doing I'll get terrible ingrowns. I haven't waxed in a while due to the fear of going through that mess so when I found this place I was amazed at the reviews and I couldn't not try it. Upon arriving the little cute salon I'm greeted and told to proceed into the room. Nicole was super nice and made the whole painful process not that painful. She made it fun and comfortable which is hard to find when someone you just met is pulling hair off you in places you didn't think they'd see. Came here while visiting family because of the great reviews. I didn't have much hair because I did laser hair removal for 2 years prior to coming. Nicole was super fast and wonderful, but a little rough and didn't clean front to back. She said she only allots 15 minutes per customer and perhaps that's why. Price: Used a Groupon for $19 Service: Brazilian Wax Total Time: a little more than 15 min Pain Level: Moderate I havent been for BW in a long time (around a year) so I wasn't sure how it was going to go (in terms of pain) this time around. When I originally called to schedule an appointment she told me she was all booked into the following week but to give her my availability and she'll call/text me when there's an opening. I gave her hours after I get out of work but honestly if I had known it was going to be so fast I would've just stopped by on my lunch break! Nicole was very polite, easy to talk to, and was very straight forward. You can tell she's an expert in what she does and it was great to know I had someone who knew what they were doing and how to do it efficiently. The whole process went by pretty fast, even faster because we were both talking. In terms of pain, I would say it was moderate, there were only 3 or 4 times were I cringed but she goes so fast that by the time you feel the pain you dont even have time to react lol. My appointment started around 5:20 pm, I was already in my car and on my way home by 5:40 pm. She did a great job, even the next day everything looked good, I couldn't get over how fast it went. I was so pleased with the result I wanted to post a picture but...you know... I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone, especially if its your first time. She's very talkative so she can distract you from the pain by talking about anything!
