Deluxe Pedicures: I enjoy their deluxe pedicures which generally take one hour or more and well worth every moment. In addition to a regular pedicure, there are a lot of different products that are used to make the entire experience quite relaxing. Most enjoyable are the very lengthy massages, rather deep tissue massages of the feet and the calves: this promotes circulation. Paraffin Wax for Hands & Feet: I ways get my hands and my feet dipped in hot wax, I believe it's called a paraffin wax. Not only is it relaxing to all of the muscles that are used when you're typing all day long or spending time on a smartphone, but it also promotes circulation, leaves the skin smooth but for me, the best feature is the pain relief it gives to all of the surrounding muscles in the hands and feet. This is an especially good program for people with diabetes or any type of peripheral nerve disorder. They do many different type of nails, they do some waxing, and a few other items. They have a very steady business and I was very impressed that they never closed at all during the pandemic. Extras: Yes. They have state-of-the-art massage chairs, a smaller one for children .. and you will appreciate that they never rush you because they go out of their way to make sure that you're getting everything that needed that day. 12 years: It wouldn't matter what I told you about this nail salon if the prices weren't right and the service wasn't good .. but they keep the prices affordable, worthwhile and I've never gotten a service I didn't like. Unfortunately I can no longer support this business. Every time I get my nails done here either a. the nail artist does a bad job and my nails are lumpy and unclean along with all cut up or b. the appointment I made is not honored. If you're going to take appointments then make sure to be available at the appt time! Today I had made an appointment at 10am (appt made last weekend, store opens at 10am) and when I arrived at 9:59 there was already a woman being helped and I was told I needed to wait 20-30 mins. So I rescheduled for 1pm when I returned and the same thing happened. Additionally, they are not upfront on their pricing and it seems to change every time. Overall, they have extremely poor business management and if you're looking for a poor job then by all means try it out but if you want good nails done then definitely go somewhere else. PLEASE READ!!! I received the most distasteful service ever! Especially seeing that I am pregnant as hell. Went for a coffin short full set, I asked was coffin additional and Sarah said yes, so I told her that I'll just stick with square. She started the application and it was perfectly squared, after she filed my pinky finger she showed it to me and asked if I liked it (still squared) I said yes. Mind you this isn't my first time going to her so I wasn't watching her like a hawk. After she filed the first hand and showed it to me, I told her I didn't like it. She said she'll soak it off and won't service me. I told her that it's unfair to me as client because I came to get my nails done and I've already been here for an hour which is a waste of time. She said that it's also a waste of time for and that she has another client, after going back and forth about the lack of customer service her husband started saying something to her in their language and she said "I'm taking them off", and pulled my hand and started clipping all off, which was very rude. She could've offered to soak the hand, continue the next one, and have someone else finish me up. Instead they soaked off the nails and told me they were done. I returned again and asked them to soak it off better. I've never ever been treated like this before at any nail salon, this was the worst experience ever. Edit: his response made absolutely NO SENSE, and it does not justify their actions and the way I was treated. You guys need to take ACCOUNTABILITY. So I walk in and there is only two people working and they told me to come at 12:00 when it wasn't busy like..now I have to wait then this guy went to do my aunt nails then just left and the place is so messy and there are nails everywhere and it smells like smoke. They also ask weird questions. For example "where's your dad going?".They kept asking weird questions mainly the guy and he was being like a stalker I don't r recommend going to this place I will never come back they also made my aunt be in pain and made her bleed. They need to be organized better and more staff they are also low on customers probably cause they have horrible Customer service. Very friendly staff. I am very sensitive to acrylics as I am a new user of them. They were very patient and delicate in their work. Something I truly appreciated. I wanted a specific not so popular look so I brought my own nails foils and they were happy to take on the task when many salons are not willing to. I called and asked for their price for Dip powder with soak off and I was told $40 just to make sure thats what it is I asked again. $40 is what I was told with soak off! I made the appointment but when I arrived, I asked again and was told $45 I told David you told me $40 over the phone and he insisted that he did not say that. Second time getting gels from them. The overall cost is inexpensive compared to other places, but you pay for the quality. There were streaks in my nails when I left the salon. I'm so happy that I found a nail salon that I actually like and that is CLEAN. I am so stingy when it comes to a clean salon, and upon my arrival it was nice to see one tech cleaning out her pedicure station with the correct products while another was cleaning her brushes. My gel manicure and pedicure came out flawless. Everyone was polite and though I didn't have an appointment, I was taken care of quite quickly. Got a mani/pedi, instead of having me move to the pedicure station after my manicure, she had me stick my leg under the desk onto her lap to file my toes! Seemed like they were both in a huge rush to get me out of there saying "I'm hungry, I'm so hungry" over and over. Finally moved over to the pedicure station and she's rushing through that as well. Actually gets up when she's done and turns off the massager I was using to get me to move to the drying station. Really uncomfortable and I disliked feeling rushed out of there. I was recommended this salon by a friend of a friend and I am very happy. I will coming here from now on. I got regular acrylics and a pedicure. Some places round the acrylics near the cuticles which looks terrible when they grow out, but this place does not do that which is hard to find. Just check out my pic.. Very nice people. The previous management sucked. The owner was always grumpy and the skinny, short guy who sat at number 1 table was ver rude. After my gel nails chipped the following day, he refused to redo it for me free of charge. I stopped going there. But last week decided to return since it is closeto where i leave, much to my surprise they were all gone. The new management is sooo nice and tries to accommodate you based on what i saw while getying a pedi and mani. They never tell you come back tomorrow. And they are fully staffed. Every single time I come to this salon, I am waiting over 30 minutes. There is not enough staff. Each time I try to give the salon another chance (since it's directly across the street from my house) and they fail each and every time. It is ridiculous to go to a salon with only 3 employees???? The people that work here were very friendly, offered me a beverage and what not as well which most nail salons only offer if I'm paying for a deluxe pedicure. However, I came in for a regular pedi and honestly the process nor the massage wasn't that great. Instead of using an actual scrubber for the bottom of my feet, the lady used a buffer. While they did a good job with the nexgen nail colour, I did not get any other manicure service that is included. My cuticles were not done and polish was left all under my nails that I now have to go and do my own cuticles and pick the polish off from my skin. Kevin and his wife are two of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I made an appointment with Kevin to get a fill and fix the coffin shape of my nail because the last place completely ruined them. Mind you I did let him know up front when I made my appt and in person that i would probably be better off soaking them off and just doing a full set brand new. Long story short, after my pedicure was done I waited 15 mins for him and he decided to argue back and forth with me in a salon full of people! He proceeded to tell me that with the shape of my real nails it was impossible.( which isn't that the point of acrylics? That their not real therefore u can shape them however u please) even though i have been doing this style for months. He literally had me in tears in front of everyone. After he refused to just give me a brand new full set i just asked him to soak them off and go elsewhere and that is exactly what i did. DISGUSTING PROFESSIONALISM! My girlfriend went to Lovely Nails a few weeks ago. She has one nail that is damaged so they put a fake nail on it. After she got her nails done we went out of town for a couple of weeks however the fake nail fell off a week after it was done. I called Lovely Nails as soon as I returned home to let them know what happened and they would do nothing for her. It's unacceptable that her nail fell off in a week and David, who I spoke to at Lovely Nails kept on saying to me that it's been two weeks so there is nothing he can do. I kept on telling him we were out of town so what did he expect us to do when the nail fell off...we were in California!! That wasn't good enough for him and since it's been a couple of weeks he won't do anything. They do not care about their customers there. There is a reason this place only has a three star average. David kept on asking me if I know anything about running a business and I told him yes, I own a business myself. The difference between David and I is that if something goes wrong, I would do anything I can to fix it and take into account that all the circumstances that surround the issue. David could not comprehend we were out of town and therefore this is why we called now to get the issue fixed because when we're thousands of miles away, it's a little difficult to go back in to fix the horrible job they did in the first place. Went to get gel manicure, the lady that did my nails was suuuuper slow, she looked like she didn't know what she was doing. she sees that i have a cut and digs in deep when cutting the cuticle so makes my cut even worse. The gel polish on my fingers look so thick, looks like i have layers of gel polish. and the clear top coat is all over my finger, looks like my nails and skin are glued together.
