We found this nail salon by accident last year and returned when we visited the area again this winter. The shop is so clean, and the staff are lovely. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable, and they have a huge variety of nail colors and treatments. I opt for the mani-pedi for my natural nails and could not be happier. The price point is very affordable, and the staff are incredibly efficient and pleasant. My daughter loves her gel mani, and my son had a wax treatment. 10 out of 10, would strongly recommend! read more

Beware. Second time coming here and it'll be the last. Micro aggressions both times. The nail techs were lowkey rude and acted like they did not want to do my nails both times. They charged me for length and shape, when I got short nails and square shape, they charged me $15 for eyebrow wax, when it CLEARLY shows $14 on the website. Then they advertised 15% off for first time customers, but only discounted me $10. This was a complete rip off and horrible experience! I've been a loyal customer at this nail salon for over a year, but after my experience today, I'm extremely disappointed. I came in for a gel pedicure on my only day off--hoping to relax and enjoy the service as I usually do. Instead, I was met with a rude and disrespectful attitude from the technician applying acrylic on my big toe. She spoke to me in a harsh tone for no reason, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. When I brought it to the manager's attention, her response was simply that they were short-staffed and couldn't do anything about it. No apology, no solution--just very unprofessional all around. I don't come here to be spoken to rudely or brushed off. I come to support the business and pay for a service that's supposed to be relaxing. Today was the exact opposite. I've used since I first moved to Florida about 6 years ago. I moved out of the area, tried other places but always come back here. They are consistently good. I have tried to keep the same person for mani/pedis, but have changed as staff has changed- still the quality has been consistently above average. Their prices are excellent compared with other like salons. Easy appts, lots of polish choices, clean- they just did a major renovation recently. Went in for a manicure today. Nothing special and barely pushed the cuticles. Everything seem rushed. I had set these on the mail station and I know that the non-English speaking Asian had moved it, but when it was all finished, I looked at her then at the buffing cream and buffing chamois and she hadn't a clue what it was. Then she takes out the tiny foam block and asks, you want buff? I just rolled my eyes to the back of my head and I went to pay my bill, I handled the manager the jar of rouge and the buffing chamois and asked him if he knew what they were? Nope! Not a clue. I had a nail tech named Cindy do my nails and she did a great job. How ever, the owner is extremely unprofessional. I called to schedule a fill with Cindy (but I couldn't remember if that was her name at the time) and had to ask if it was the girl that sits in the front. She ignored me and asked if 2 o'clock worked. I asked again bc I wanted to b sure she was scheduling me with the right person. She ignored me again. So I asked a third time and she said "you don't have to do your nails here" and hung up on me!!! So I pulled up. to the shop and spoke directly to Cindy. ( the girl sitting in front) I confirmed that was her name first then I went on to ask who was answering the phone. She said she didn't know but asked if I wanted to come back at 1 for the fill. At that point, another woman jumped up and ran at me from behind the counter (she's like tiny yorky dog size so she was jumping up and down in what I can only assume was supposed to be a threatening demeanor). She began pointing and yelling. I'm still calm as a cucumber telling her that I understand if she didn't get what I was saying (as a daughter of 2 immigrants with heavy accents and being an immigrant myself) but that's y I repeated myself so what's with the attitude. She made claims that I hung up on her (which is false; I called back twice after she hung up and she forwarded my calls!) Anyways, now she tells me she's the owner of the store and she wants me out. So I go on and tell her how unprofessional she's being and how she's messing with Cindys money. And I feel bad for Cindy throughout all this, I really do because she's trying to turn the lady around and she's yelling at her to shut up. I mean she's not saying it I'm English but she was strong "sssssshhhh!" the bih. Anyways little troll won bc I couldn't sit calmly after that....at least not at their store so I took my business elsewhere. Please be careful. I was cut and actively bleeding during my manicure. The tech doing my nails continues to try to paint clear gel polish over the bleeding nail, when I stopped her and asked if she could grab me alcohol to at least clean the blood off my nail and stop the bleeding before she uses a communal brush on it. She then grabs a dry brush and uses that to wipe my blood, puts it back in her cart, dabs my finger with alcohol, and brushes my blood with the polish. I told her that was dangerous and she shouldn't use either brush on other people again, because you clearly can't clean someone's blood out of a brush. I'm clearly annoyed and she apologizes. I was trying to be nice, but the icing on the cake was her then putting oil using a THIRD BRUSH on my bleeding nail and puts it back on her cart to be used on other people. I'm not talking a little blood. My finger is still bleeding as I type this, and that blood is now all over their equipment to be reused. I just can't comprehend how unsafe this place can be. This isn't a Yelp issue, it's a department of health issue. read more

I happened by this little tucked in nail salon in with Joann Fabrics, Home Goods & Sally Beauty plaza off Sample and 441. I walked in on a Saturday evening about 1/2 hr before they closed, they still took me for a mani/pedi. This place is VERY clean, they are very nice and I gotta say the mani I received has lasted 6 days with minor touch ups on the white tips and that is as long as any mani has ever lasted me. I have very long natural nails and I actually quit getting manis because a french usually only lasts me a day or so before it peels off. The pedi I got was great and very relaxing. they have good TV placement, nice chairs and I just want to stress very very clean. I HIGHLY recommend this place, they've been open about 8 or 9 months I think and are kind of hidden - right next to Sally Beauty on the Joann Fabrics end of the plaza. Try it - you won't be disappointed. Either Yui or Vivian would be a good choice. Yui stayed late to finish my mani, she did not complain, rush me out before I was dry or get attitude which would be the typical South Florida response. My mom and I come here monthly. I know Snow, Cindy, Mai, and T.. I even got my nails done here for my wedding about 2 years ago and I was so happy. Snow dipped my fingers and got the color and sparkle perfect and it was exactly how i envisioned. I got gel on my toes and it lasted and looked great for my 3 week honeymoon! This establishment is very clean and friendly. Towels and tools are are clean and in new packages, and the pedicure bowl has a disposable plastic covering. They also have complimentary coffee, water, and candy. Their nail polish color and brands selection are amazing and huge. One of the worst mani/pedi's I've ever had. They were very slow on a Sunday afternoon, took me right away. The tech barely spoke English, didn't ask me questions about what I wanted, cut me and blamed it on my skin being dry, no massage, rushed through everything. I think I was out of there in 30 minutes. One day later and my fingernail polish is already chipping. I also noticed last night as my toe nails got stuck in blankets that he left sharp ends on several toes. I would love to see this place checked by the DOH, because I can't imagine this guy ever trained on how to do nails. I'm going back to my regular salon. I don't care that it costs a few bob more. I get a cold drink, hot towels during the pedi, and an hour of relaxation.
