As I continue my quest to try all of the nail salons in the area, I came with Pooja K and another friend to Luxury Nails for a pedicure. They had 3 people working very hard to accommodate 5 people in the salon. The wait was not too bad, and they managed to get all three of us out at about the same time, even though two of us only got pedicures and one of us got a mani/pedi combo. On sanitation, I give them a 3 - they do use clean tools, but some things here or there made me cringe a little. Still, nothing that was alarming. Walking out of here, my feet were definitely smoother than they usually are after a pedicure, and I didn't even spring for the paraffin treatment! It took 4-5 requests before someone FINALLY was able to do a design for me, but it came out beautiful and everyone loves my nails. All in all, nice, well-priced and relatively clean. read more

I came in first thing Saturday morning for a French full set and a gel pedicure. I really appreciated that the workers told me how much everything would be before starting, so I know they are not crooks like some other salons! Everything turned out perfect especially for Mother's Day and they were so kind and nice . They followed my every need and request! I guess it took awhile because I was being specific but not needy or demanding. But like I said they follower my requests (such as removing the buildup from in between the nail and skin) and I showed them a specific design online and she did it. They had a nice light convo also. Horrible experience!!!! I was requesting for a gel acrylic nails. When she got to the shaping part she couldn't do it. One nail was thicker than the other. I asked for a square shape and some were square others looks round!!!! I had to fix some nails myself.... She kept talking in her language with her co worker which made it even more uncomfortable. I couldnt continue tolerating their unprofessionalism and left the salon with just the acrylic nails and no gel nail polish. Tee/Thuy did my nails and they look stunning. I got gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My mom got a pedicure from another technician but I didn't catch her name sadly. Both were amazing. 10 days later my nails are still intact and not peeling from the sides like they did at other salons. I was referred by one of my doctors front office staff. Her nails looked beautiful so I thought I'd give this place a try. I must say it's been trial & error with them. The guy that she referred me to only does manicures and nails. My first appointment two of the nails were applied on crooked. I went back. He tried to convince me otherwise and tried to file them down to correct the problem. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt. pedicurist did a fantastic job the first and second time. Hands down she cut the cuticles, dry & dead skin from around the toes, filed the heels. Thereafter, following 3 appointments has literally sucked with my nails. Last week spent 65 bucks and all the gel polishes peeled off. Went back today. He didn't even have the decency to clean the red polish off. He just slapped some clear gel on my nails. The lady was kind enough to re-polish the toes with chipped polish. IDK but the guy doesn't even clean the cuticles and dry skin from around the edges of the nails. Nobody's nails should look like this less than 1-week of having them done. I'm really disappointed in their poor customer service. It seems as if some people still have a lack of respect for each other. Very sadden. I wish I could post pics of my nails. I love the ambience of their establishment. it's never over crowded and no long wait times. But this guy has to be consistent and provide the same quality and care of service for all groups of people. Not just some. Be careful!! read more

I asked her for a full set of Gel nails and she did them quickly, listened to my requests and was sweet and talkative the whole time. Tried this salon for a pedi based on Yelp reviews and it was love at first sight. I've been back several times. It's not a huge nail factory, which was a plus for me. I was given pampering individual attention by Isabelle, not rushed at all. Best of all when I asked for my cuticles to just be pushed back and not cut, Isabelle didn't argue or start cutting when I wasn't paying attention (very common occurrence at other salons). My pedis last for several weeks (3-5)! There's a frequent customer reward program that's a nice perk. It's my new go to nail spa! read more

Tee offered to do my pedicure so I made an appt. for after work and boy am I'm glad I did. She took great care of me. I was offered water and she as well as another nail professional were friendly and most attentive. My feet felt brand new! So, I'm back again tonight. Came here as a last resort when my usual place couldnt squeeze me in over the weekend. Saw their special listed on yelp for 10% off first time guests- which makes no mention of a spending limit btw. When I brought it up they brushed it off as a clerical error and said that you needed to spend atleast $20 to get the discount. I was only there for a mani so wouldnt have hit the limit, but they honored it anyways- which is why I gave them an additional star. It's good customer service. The quality of the manicure was awful.. the way the technician filed my nails ended up splitting my nails in half on more than one finger, I had to point it out to her and she just kept doing the same thing ending up in weird shaped nails and more damage done than before. My nails started chipping about 2 days later cuz the quality of the nailpolish also seemed bad. just really old lumpy polish.. The shop provides other services as well.. like hair cuts(there's one stylists chair on one side of the shop with a sink beside it) seems rather odd.. but this place is for quick services if that's what you're looking for. not quality. read more
