I understand that waxing can be painful, but if I'm paying this much money for a service, I expect the job to actually be done properly. And then there's the tipping situation. They are constantly asking about tips, and honestly, I find that really uncomfortable and rude. If I want to leave a tip, I will. I don't need to be asked or reminded about it. Especially when the service wasn't even done properly. What really made me upset was that I tried calling the front desk afterward because I wanted to let them know that I still had so much hair left. They literally hung up on me. That says a lot about the customer service here. I'm really disappointed because I used to think European Wax Center was supposed to be a professional place. At this point, I would honestly rather go to a small local waxing boutique where they know their customers, actually care about the experience, and make you feel like your business is appreciated.
