I came here about a week ago (right before thanksgiving 2021) after reading some reviews that they're a great nail place. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I showed up at 6 pm for a full set and then about a week later I got a fill, changed the nail shape, and completely changed the color. Each time they graciously took care of me. I was excited to get my nails done for the long weekend. I asked for a mani / pedi... so let's start with the pedicure, as she set up my station there was an old nail clipping in the towel she out down... (not mine). The chair was not set up with remote for the massage, every other chair was. She left nail polish on my feet. Moving on to my manicure I asked for a square shape multiple times, all of my nails are different shapes. I love Holly because of the attention to detail she has and the time and effort she puts in to my nails. I always leave with perfectly shaped nails/toenails! I had an appointment this morning with Holly, but my friend tagged along and was serviced right away for a gel manicure. I am deeply DEEPLY disappointed about how I was treated at this salon. I spent 90+ $ plus tip for a gel mani and pedi - I was told they would last 2 OR MORE WEEKS. And in fact, every other gel mani I've ever gotten has lasted at least this long. After 5 days, two nails were cracked and the rest were peeling from the top- to the point that when I would run my fingers through my hair, hair would get STUCK between the polish and top of my nail. I called two days later and was told that they only guarantee the gel for 4 days?! Why would I pay for a gel polish that's only good for 4 days?! A regular mani lasts me a week! The tone on the phone was also frustrating- like I was bothering by even calling and not apologetic WHATSOEVER for my inconvenience and wasted money. read more

The nails service is so great pedicure is the best with an incredible massage , today I came and Sofia was amazing and took her time to do gel polish on my toes and the best of all the nails service on my hands was the best I ever had Holly is amazing and very artistic ; she also takes the time to give you exactly what you want . This was basically the worst pedicure I have ever had. My previous nail polish was left all over the edges of my nails, like you could SEE it from afar. There was no soap or anything at all in the water that my feet were soaked in. My cuticles were pushed down, but NONE of the skin was cleaned around my nails. Like they weren't cleaned up!! What?? The nails were clipped in basically a small U shape and not filed properly at all. Some of them, the pinky toes specifically, were JAGGED. My nails weren't buffed, I would have definitely mentioned this at the time but I only realized this one after I left. When she was scrubbing my heel she did the outside of one heel and the inside of the other and all of it was like she was half asleep. I tried to fix the mess when I got home and now the nail polish is chipped where I tried to clip and file etc. I could have done a better job myself. I still paid and tipped, and I regret all of it. read more

I used Yelp to schedule a pedicure appointment for a weekday morning at 10:30am. When I arrived they asked me to wash my hands (COVID precaution), then took me to my pedicure station right after picking out my color. I was the second customer in the place and they skipped a chair between us to maintain social distance. Only one other customer entered before I left and they were also seated in a socially distanced manner. My technician was very thorough with the pedicure prep work and got all the right callused spots on my feet. She took her time and painted my toenails with precision. There was one tv playing popular music and another tv playing the Smurfs movie, but neither was overwhelmingly lound. All employees were wearing masks and there was plexiglass hung from the ceiling at the manicure stations between the customer and technician sides with just enough space below to give a manicure. There was also plexiglass at the checkin/checkout area with hand sanitizer available for use. They sprayed down surfaces between customers and kept the front door open. Maybe I'm biased because this was my first pedicure since COVID, but I will be back to check it out again! read more

I accidentally showed up for my appointment a day early but they were really polite about it and saw me anyway. I did have to wait but they gave me a water bottle to drink and made casual conversation while i picked my color. I asked for almond shaped full set gel color and Holly did such a good job. I love the color and length. My nailbeds kind of hurt but I'm not sure if that's a problem caused by this place or acrylics in general. They're having a 20% off promotion until the end of September so it was only $36. Overall, the staff is very friendly and attentive and I love how my nails turned out! Everyone does an amazing job! I've been coming to this nail salon for a few Months now.

Pricing as of 6/3/21 Pedicure: $30 (Additional $8 for callus treatment!!) SNS (without tips): $45 Gel fill: $38 So the pricing isn't listed anywhere in the salon which I've actually never been to a place that doesn't have it visible somewhere. Instead they have a piece of paper by the pedicure seats that list the different types of pedicures (nothing for other services) and add ons - NOT MENTIONING $8 EXTRA FOR CALLUS TREATMENT! I mean that is literally insane. Here's the worst part, it's not even actual callus treatment it's literally just scrubbing your feet the way any other regular pedicure always includes, no cheese grater tool, nothing. Here's what really knocked down my rating - the wait when we had appointments! I went with a friend and we both had an appointment for 6:30, I was finally seated at 7:15 but my friend wasn't seated until an HOUR AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TIME. Like at that point I was planning on leaving because why stay? But we have an event coming up and at this point most if not all salons are closed for the night and we needed to get this done. So after about 5-6 times of being told "2 more minutes" we finally are getting our nails done. They're rushing of course because at this point it's closing time. Overall, our nails looked fine but nothing special and for sure not worth the wait. The best part - some woman there getting a gel mani is asking her nail tech to please let her leave because it's been 3 hours. Idk the whole story but 3 HOURS?!?! Long story short, I'm not sure why this place has such great reviews but I also feel like some of my favorite salons don't have the best ratings so maybe it's just hit or miss. read more

I think I finally found my salon! This is a very nice clean salon. The workers are very caring and always asks if everything is ok as they work. Today I had my nails done by Tiffany. She did an amazing job as did the pedicurist. I suffer from ingrown toe nails and she was amazing and gentle at the same time. Got in there and pulled the nasty ingrown nails that were hurting me. Totally unprofessional and deceptive practice. Both times I requested the same lady do my nails and the owner agreed that the same lady would do both my mani and pedi. When I got there twice, I was given a totally different lady do my pedi that I had not requested. I can see why because the lady who did my pedi was totally unprofessional and didn't even know how to cut cuticles properly or file a nail correctly. I had to keep checking my nails while she was doing it that's why she had no appointments. I really wanted to just walk out as I could do my own nails better. When I was drying my nails, they rushed me out saying the store was closing earlier than usual and just threw me out. Places like these make me appreciate a real good nail technician so much more. I was there about 2 hours, but I didn't mind because the nail technician was very thorough and they had some Netflix movie on. It was actually really relaxing! Their massage chairs were amazing!! I came here over the weekend for some quality girl time with a friend. I never got the name of my nail technician, but she was very seasoned and did a great job on my nails. I got the dip (SNS) nail on top of my real nails and it was $45. I really love the way it turned out. It took about an hour for the whole process. The salon was very clean and didn't smell like that typical nail salon smell which I REALLY appreciate. Their business is pretty steady for a Sunday. Went in today for my first time and had a great experience! The salon is very clean and modern. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I was greeted with a bottle of water as a walked in. Currently, they have a promotion Sunday, Monday and Tuesday's are 50%. It ends the end of July but it definitely brought me in! I got a "special" pedicure and it was done very well.
