For a long time, the business listed itself as "temporarily closed," and now it appears to be completely out of business with no communication or resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, misleading. Selling packages and then failing to honor them or provide refunds is not acceptable. The girl called me and left a voicemail asking if I was still coming (I was sick and busy with my kids which is why I couldn't come) but didn't mention a no show fee. I texted her number letting her know i messaged through the booking site. No response. A few days later I got charged $25 as a no show fee. Not super impressed with the communication interface and the lack of transparency. I'll take responsibility for agreeing to scheduling the next appointment, but I won't be returning.
