Came here with a Groupon for a Brazilian. Experience was ok. Girl was friendly. Pretty slow but I didn't mind. Missed some spots on the sides but since I paid a discounted rate with the Groupon I couldn't complain much. Made me schedule my next appt before I left. When I got the reminder text I clicked the link to cancel the appt but it automatically confirmed the appt when I clicked the link. I messaged the business through the booking site since I didn't have their contact info. The girl called me and left a voicemail asking if I was still coming (I was sick and busy with my kids which is why I couldn't come) but didn't mention a no show fee. I texted her number letting her know i messaged through the booking site. No response. A few days later I got charged $25 as a no show fee. Not super impressed with the communication interface and the lack of transparency. I'll take responsibility for agreeing to scheduling the next appointment, but I won't be returning. read more

I got my certified eco friendly organic airbrush tanning from these ladies. Not only was this absolutely amazing. I felt like she sincerely cared about what we actually wanted. She took the time to talk about what the procedure, she gave me her professional opinion, and did everything with extreme detail (she used some technique to help with streaking). I suggest everyone who's looking for a spray to come here!!! I've had the tan for a few days now. I got the one that gradually tans over 10-12 hours and it looks so beautiful. This is the absolute best place to go if you want to get a spray tan, I've been coming here for three years anytime I need one and have never been disappointed they last they look amazing and they never get the color wrong. Don't go there, they are a MESS!!! I have booked an appointment and I went over there, after looking for more than 15 mins where the salon is at; since it's a room among few others. I arrived after all and I was traveling the next day & really needed the service. But, nobody was there... no phone call, no VM, no email telling that the app has been canceled. I tried calling, emailing, speaking to the girl next door and still no answer. I waited for more than 45 mins hoping somebody will show up....& no body did. After all that I got a call & they took me the next day, hours before my flight and I was super upset. The girl who took me was very sweet and she told me the next time you come in, you will be comped and visit after will be 50%. I called to schedule an appointment, & they won't honor it. Best & least painful Brazilian I've had in 5 years of waxing. Wow wow wow. What a difference - previously I've only had waxed done the traditional way w/ soft wax & linen strips. Mary was also great at making me feel comfortable despite the always awkward position you have to lie in to have a Brazilian. She also explained their method of waxing & then applying pressure afterwards to reduce things like pain & ingrown hairs, is why their appointments are longer than most. Where do I even start?! Becky is absolutely amazing at what she does, very professional and super sweet! She is definitely my go-to gal for my waxing needs. Scheduling is flexible and very accommodating - which I love. When I needed an emergency wax before a trip, she was able to fit me in the day before I left. Let's go back a few months to my first visit. I bought a Groupon hoping to find my go-to Brazilian waxer (which I did - YAY!). I made my appointment via email, she responded quickly. Easy peasy. The location is located in a small retro plaza called The Cove. I've been in that area so locating the suite was no problem for me. I walked in, she greeted me and we went through some paperwork and got started. She made me feel very at ease and we basically talked the entire time. The place is super clean. She wears gloves and doesn't double dip! Cleanliness is an absolute must when getting a Brazilian. We were done in 15-20 minutes. I always come here for tan and wax only. I know they're clean, professional and informal. I won't go anywhere else! Friendly staff too!! I give them an A+! I hear the facial oxygen treatments are the bomb too. Gonna try it soon. She has wonderful products as far as, facial lotions, masks, creams, eye cream treatments, cleansing facial care and so much more. Becky gave me a sample of the eye cream to try and I got wonderful results. I know the staff are good about reminding me about aftercare for spray tan every time I go in. (Which is great bc I'm pretty forgetful lol) I've seen she carries aftercare lotions as well for spray tans. Although, I haven't tried them yet. I love how all her products are generally all organic and mainly all natural. I have sensitive skin and hate getting bumps after I get a Brazilian or worse, ingrown hairs when I've tried other places. With her products she uses for waxing, I never get bumps or ingrown hairs. Making an appointment was so easy and she even accommodated a late time for me after work. The salon is located upstairs nestled back from the street so I did not find it immediately. However, when I did park and enter the salon I was quite pleased to find it extremely well kept and clean! It had been about six weeks since my last appointment so I was WELL overdue. Obviously, I anticipated pain! She distracted me with conversations of Hawaii where I am from and made the naturally painful process go by quicker. I'm in love with this place! I came in last week for a tan with Bre and I immediately bought a package. They have great prices and the package prices make it even more reasonable. My tan honestly looks so good and is still nice and even. I would recommended Dark/ultra dark because it makes your skin look naturally bronzed. I just saw Mary today for a Brazilian and OMG, they just got eye, lip and face masks to hydrate you while you get waxed. I did the hydrating eye pads and lip mask. Becky and the girl she was training were super sweet, and super personable, considering that they were giving me a full Brazilian . They were very fast but still attentive to each area. I've gotten more than a dozens waxes with both soft wax and hard wax, but Becky's hard wax was by far the best hard wax I've had applied to a very sensitive area. I went swimming in the ocean afterward and no sensitivity, I wouldn't recommend jumping in the ocean to someone who has gotten waxed before! Becky also did my eyebrows and they look so awesome, I was growing them out for 6 months, and she cleaned them up really nice! read more

Pretty disappointed... first, the location is awful, there was no signs to tell you where it is, no one to answer the phone when calling to find out where to go... most facials I have had have been in a dark room with a light to see closer in the skin, this room had a sky light... not good lighting for a facial at all. Breaneka is AMAZING!! Her work is high quality and she really pays attention to detail. She talks with you so you don't feel awkward and really takes the time to get every little hair and ensure you are happy with her work. She uses hard wax so it doesn't hurt as much and really tries to make the process as painless as possible. Their normal pricing is a bit high, but Breaneka is totally worth it!!!
