I recently came in to add a link to a Hermès Apple Watch I bought for my husband. The band was too small, and Hermès does not offer individual links. I brought in an off-brand link that claimed online to fit, but it didn't. To my surprise, my salesperson, Caleb, was determined to find a solution. He and the watch repair specialist decided to reshape the link and polish the metal to create a perfect match. My husband and I genuinely cannot tell which link was added. The price was extremely reasonable, and Caleb seemed just as happy as we were to achieve a perfect result. I highly recommend Feldmar Watch Company.
