I can't recommend Jon and his team enough. After months of checking their website inventory for a specific vintage watch, one finally popped up and I went over the next day to have a look. Jon let me take tons of time comparing the piece I was considering with a few others that caught my eye in the store, and he didn't spring me with any pushy sales talks or opinions - just the simple facts and the practical considerations of ownership that each watch presented. He never tried to guide me towards a more expensive watch, but rather, made me comfortable to trust my gut, and that's what I did. I bought the original piece I had been searching for online. However, he even told me that if I changed my mind, whether it be the next day or next month, I was welcome to come back and try something else. I took my 1960 Omega Seamaster in about 18 months ago, and they did a terrific job servicing the timepiece (deep clean, replaced a broken crown, etc). I recently dropped the watch on the floor, and noticed a small rattle in the automatic movement. They are now open for curbside service, so I took the watch by to have it checked. 10 mins later it was back on my wrist and running great, and the work was covered under the warranty from my initial service.
