This place is terrible and customer service is just as bad. They broke my trucks mirror and of course the camera recording the exact area it would of happened at "wasn't working" they told me it had to of been a preexisting issue when I take extra good care of my truck and give it weekly washes and details I most definitely would have noticed my mirror been cracked from being bent backwards. Worst experience ever had. On top of that I asked for specific things to be cleaned inside and outside my truck and they said ok but didn't do it. I had to go back over everything I asked specifically for them to clean and watch as they actually did it while I watched. I also had bird poop on the top of my truck bed cover that I asked if they scrubbed off, they said yes, but they did not. All it looked like they did was spray water on it and at the end they wipe it down to dry it off. Rims WERE NOT WIPED DOWN. The dirt around the wheel well was still very much there. The seats were not wiped down. Just over all I feel I could have saved the money and done a better job myself with a water hose. But since I was on vacation I figured this seemingly professional spot would do a great job. But no I was wrong. One guy spoke good enough English that I could understand and all other workers looked at me like I wasn't speaking English. I paid the extra money and got and extra shitty job done. back in the day this was a good car wash! i took my nissan altima there what a mistake, they only have 3 guys working there and the price's are a bit high, but i wanted to give them a shot. 45 min's later not only was my car not washed right they some how pullied off my water drip molding and just left it there on top of my car without telling me anything, so i was talking to one of the guys drying my car and he didnt even speak english so he passed me onto the guy who billed me out and he said that it wasnt there falt and that my car was too old and this happens. yes my car is a 2003 but its in great condition. he wanted to pass me on to the manager but i would have to talk to him on the phone. this place has gone down hill no customer service and the building is comming apart, hard to belive this place is in santa barbara. dont go here, better off going to educated car wash.... read more

I asked to vacuum the back seat since I have dogs that ride back there. They said they would have to charge more for a thorough vacuum. When I got home, it had not been vacuumed at all! streaked all over the windows, and it actually looked dirtier. I usually go to another car wash and just get the basic. read more

I took my overland Ford F-150 to get it wash and detail because it hasn't been taken care off for at least 5months and to top it off the family had just gotten a pup ( German shepherd mix with husky) and those who know about having furry family members in the vehicles know the hairy situation they creat and hard to keep clean, so I took my truck to get the top of the line service inside and out and I gotta say in my case the service was great they really put some time and work to it, I even had to leave my truck over for an extra day that's how bad it was, oh and they even clean/wash/detail the inside of the bed which I was not even expecting at all so thank you to everyone that participated in this event. read more

This used to be Prestige and now with new ownership is Luxus. I chose the Super as it was the first option that included Tire Dressing. This was $29.99. There is also a credit card/Apple Pay processing fee of $1.05. The car wash took 30 min from start to finish. There were a couple cars waiting for a vacuum when I arrived. As I sat there waiting, 3 people had retuned to complain, growing pains it seems. I did not expect a stellar wash to say the least. When I got my car, they gave me the wrong car key, but that was easily remedied. I can see how this could cause some issues when they are very busy. My car looked nice, no issues and they seemed to have done everything required of a SUPER car wash. This is more of a luxury for me honestly, a $30 car wash, plus tip and air freshener is $2 extra. Seriously...who charges for air freshener at those prices? I can't see being a frequent customer, but will go back if I can't manage to do it myself or get it washed In Goleta. I drove in with my little old white car covered in sap. I asked the guy if they thought they could get some of it off. The roof was almost black. I told him I would pay extra as I know there was a lot of hand work to be done, a half hour later my car came out with no sap on the roof. It was gorgeous for a little 2008 Chevy Aveo for $40 worth every penny. read more

Customer service was excellent. My oversized truck was hand washed and dried within 20 minutes all for $30 bucks! The attention to detail when they were drying was definitely noticed. I want to like this spot. I used to go to Prestige that was in this location and it's a convenient location. I have high end sports cars and I've gone here twice and the result just isn't good. I pay for the 3rd level wash that runs about 30 bucks, I tip well, and they end up missing so much. Windows are still dirty and a layer of dust on my dash. This was, perhaps, one of the worst car washes ever. I had to remind them to wipe the inside of the trunk and to clean a certain area in the back seat. I paid for the Supreme but it definitely was not. Very streaky windows that I will have to redo myself. My car wasn't even really dirty.
